It was 12:15 on a Sunday afternoon and the pretzel was flat and had a burnt taste in certain pieces obviously kept in too long and tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time. Corporate needs to retrain them.

This drink was amazing. People where asking where I got it. Even I saw someone walking with one and had to get it. It was watermelon frost lemonade.
I came today I know it end of shift but it your job they had nothing fresh. I ordered. I said thankyou no reply I then asked how much is glaze and she ignored me.I then went to counter to ask for glaze she was rude and not polite at all. Then I get to my bag I already had glaze and she didn’t even answer me and made me some the extra knowing I asked her if they had it. So rude.There was a mass amount of food instead of giving fresh food or atleast something of quality or atleast be friendly that would of made the food betterGirl with glasses sweeping the floor just be nicer I know it end of shift but like nobody needs rudeness when being polite asking questions about YOUR FACILITY YOU RUNNING.Sweeping the floor not washing your hands inbetween cleaning and serving food

Horrible. This is the WORST Auntie Anne's. The pretzels are not fresh or prepared correctly. I've had it 3x and thought maybe a bad batch. Obviously 3x is enough.. Hopefully they will get it together for future customers.
