We were just there for a birthday Celebration. Called over got a table for 16 everyone food and drinks were amazing. We stayed longer than we planned and the owner came to check on us to make sure everything was good. Will be back again!

Since we've moved to the Atlanta area, the only "pizza" we can find is New York style. At Aurelios Pizza of Joliet tonight, I asked my wife, "Why can't they just learn to make pizza like this in NY or Atlanta? Aurelio's regular crust pizza, I've never had anything in the world like it! It's worth the 750 mile drive!
Worst pizza by far at this location in Illinois. Gross!

My family got some Italian Beefs there and Wow the sandwich was very small even the jumbo was smaller than others who have Italian Beefs. The meat was dried out salty beyond belief so salty all you can taste is salt, your pasta was under cooked, your spaghetti gravey tasted like it came out of the jar of walmart great value sauce, what food wehad whom ever prepared the mealbww had should be arrested for putting outvsuch fake food, if there were a negitive food rating this by far was -5 for everything and this should be shameful to even being called Italian.

I ordered a sausage pizza on 10/4/24, it was the worst pizza I ever had, the cheese was mostly orange, maybe cheddar?, the pizza was burnt on the edges, overcooked, I thought it would be like the Aurelio’s pizza in Frankfort which it was not, what a waste of money.

Showed up for a pickup when it said it was ready online. Waited about an hour after the counter girl told me multiple times it would be coming soon. I politely asked the manager if it was coming soon because I’ve been waiting for almost an hour, he seemed upset that I was bothering him. A guy finally comes out and almost tosses the box on the counter at me like I’m a jerk. Get home and realize the guy decided to run around all over the pizza with the cutter like a joke. I’m never coming back here again. I hope they go out of business after the horrible service i received.

The last 2 times I have gone here the pizza has been awful. The first time I went in to eat with my partner and we ordered a fiesta cheese and the service was awful. We waited nearly an hour for our pizza when we were the only ones in there and the waiter hardly came to our table. I had to go in the kitchen to find someone, and then was met with rudeness because I'm not supposed to be in there yet there was no one to be found. Then the pizza when we got it was bone dry. Basically no sauce at all. We come here for the sauce as does everyone and it had nothing. Then we ordered for carryout just yesterday, we picked up a fiesta cheese again and once again it was dry and had absolutely no sauce. It's really a shame as this is one of my favorite pizza establishments, and the next closest one is 40 minutes away. I will not be coming back here as this location has absolutely dropped in quality. Do better Aurelios, this is outrageous as I've been drained of $60 for garbage.

Ordered light cheese, extra sauce, well done. This pizza had hardly any sauce at all. Paying $2.50 for EXTRA sauce for no sauce is horrible. I can never get a consistent pizza from Aurelio's. I've tried too many times. Sad because when it's right, it's very good. Taking a break!

I order extra sauce for my pizza, took one bite, and discovered dry pizza ?. The young lady at register informed the cook that I paid extra for sauce. The cook told me the sauce is coming out on the edge of the pizza WHAT THE HELL. American at its best.
