It's nice after the remodel but I'm sad that their ice cream selection is smaller.
Now there are only 16 flavors to pick from.
Staff was very nice though.

This place has turned around!! Old management was terrible but the new staff and manager are outstanding. Greeted when I walked through the door and got my order extremely quickly. Highly recommend!

It took 27 minutes to get a scoop of ice cream because the worker would go out back every time he finished making 1 ice cream/shake.
3rd time they tell me their blender is out of service when i ask for a cappuccino blast. 4th time they tell me they have no vanilla lmao this place is a joke! Shame on me for giving them 2 more chances after they used the same excuse twice. They are not in the business of doing business. Staying away from this place for good.

Worst milkshake I ever had. Was just chocolate milk with a spoon of ice cream
Great place for custard ice cream
This Baskin-Robbins on US-30 just east of I-55 shares a building with a Dunkin Donuts store. As it happens, I was in the Dunkin Donuts.First, I must say it was surprisingly easy to get into and out of (going NW on US-30).Next, I was impressed how clean and comfortable it is. There are even deeply upholstered chairs by the window. The quality of their coffee and assorted treats doesn't need me to tell anyone how exceptionally good they are!In fairness, I did observe that at the time I was there, both the men's and the women's restrooms were locked. I did not ask, so I imagine there was a temporary problem, perhaps with the plumbing
Horrible experience. Came in at 11:30 for donuts and two ice cream cones. Barely any donuts left and the cashier messed up the order on a two scoop cone, and put it in a cup. She then spent 5 minutes trying to re-scoop the ice cream out of the cup back onto the cone and couldn’t get one scoop out and tried to mash it on the other scoop. I finally had to stop her and ASK for a new cone since she had totally destroyed it. It then took her another 7 minutes to make another cone.Don’t waste your time- tons of staff and a manager but no one apologized or said anything.
I tend toward integrous cafes, and this DD qualifies at last. Delicious, mild roast java, my preference, and scrumptous sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Lobby is clean and creatively designed. Plenty of orange rays to infuse your gaze with Truth.

Paid 8.44 for a "shake". Had the consistency of milk. No ice cream.
They are very low and they put like nothing in my bowl
Can't go wrong when coming to baskin robbins. Their iced coffee drinks are extremely good.
Iced mocha coffee no cream no sugar just milk...?
Service was absolutely terrible!
