Food was really good at least the part we got to eat. As we were eating we had a busboy come over and shut the blinds at our table because another table asked him to. Not only did he not ask but the amount of dust that came off the blinds onto our food was ridiculous. It’s 42 degrees out and the sun from the open blind felt amazing. To just assume it was ok to close it is crazy.

This is a very good diner. I go here frequently with my husband and today I went with my mom. Given my culture I always look for food I can't make myself or miss from my home/childhood. Today I ordered a Eggs Benedict Florentine. I was so hungry (and I looked so good) I didn't take the picture until I was nearly finished. ? My mother got the half sandwich (tuna) and (beef barley) soup. They gave us an extra bowl of soup because it was time to switch batches. Either way, we enjoyed ourselves and I can't wait to back here with my hubbie again.

The food is good, but the waitresses' service is terrible——-Yesterday I was starting to eat breakfast and I told the waitress that I was going to the bathroom and that she should please not remove my plates from the table because when I returned from the bathroom to my table there was already another person at my table.??
Got mine and my boyfriend's order wrong. I had to have my entire meal remade because it was contaminated by meat I asked for on the side (it was for my boyfriend). Waitress informed me the owner said that the potato pancakes had bacon after I told her I couldn't eat the food I was given. In my opinion, if there is bacon in it then it should be properly labeled as such. I received eggs and then the pancakes without any syrup. At that point I was done eating and just wanted to leave. After the service and the fact that they have meat in a generally meatless dish I won't be going back.

This is one of our dad's favorite places so we took him there on Father's Day. The food was delicious, and the service was wonderful. Unfortunately the AC was out that day until the last 20 minutes of our meal, but they were polite and apologetic and made the best of keeping us comfortable with lots of cool drinks and a good sense of humor during the situation. They do need to do some work on their parking lot and sidewalk entrance, repairs are needed But, we will definitely go back!

This place reminds me of the restaurants I went to with my grandparents as a child. Wide variety of choices for both breakfast and lunch. The service was very good. We never had to worry about getting our coffee refilled. I was especially pleased that they had flavored coffee creamers available! We both decided to get a skillet with pancakes instead of toast. I got the Denver Skillet and my husband got the Mama's Skillet. They were both delicious. They came with eggs cooked to your liking and there was so much food we both had leftovers. The pancakes were fluffy and served with whipped butter and maple syrup. For the amount of food you got, the price was pretty reasonable. I can't believe we haven't tried this place before!
