Went in last week - took over 35 minutes for food, no other orders and the place reeked of weed. I’m all about a good time but it smelled like a dispensary. Food was awful as well. Thanks for waiting 30 minutes after we ordered to tell us you didn’t have the corn dogs. Probably too stoned and forgot 🤷♀️😂 tell your employees to maybe spark up the joint when they’re outside.
Puked 10 mins after leaving! Let me start by saying I’m a Chicago influencer with over 150k followers on social media. Came here bc we were in the area. Ordered a burger, hotdog, cheese fries, and fried mushrooms. No flavor in anything. Burger was flavorless & topped with salad from the bag instead of fresh veggies- fresh lettuce, tomatoes, & onions weren’t even an option. Fries were burnt. Big Chill serves excellent pizza and amazing food worth the trip. Try their Raviolis, Poorboy sub, and Sicilian beef, which is a favorite among customers. The owner is friendly, and the location is perfect for a meal before a game. Known for its legit hot giardiniera, Big Chill is a must-visit for a great meal.
