It's 7:53pm on a Monday night and something so unexpected just happened. I just dropped a friend off at the Joliet train station and decided to grab dinner on the way home. I stopped at a small place which I almost passed up called The Big Chill in Joliet IL. I took a few moments to look at the reviews and decided I wanted to try the meatball sandwich which was top rated. I ordered the sandwich with a side of sauce because I like everything extra saucy. I am so happy with this restaurant and loved my order, the pizza there was so cheesy and perfectly baked I can’t wait to go back for another one. The employees there were so kind and helpful when I came to pick up my family’s order.

I love how quaint and tucked away the restaurant is that you wouldn’t expect it to be at spacious inside as it was from the outside but the experience going there was amazing and the food was great as were look forward to coming...

I normally don't write bad reviews and I know I only order the $10 (now +2.50 each topping), but to have to remind them not to burn my pizza everytime I call lately and still get it burnt the one time recently that I didn't say it, is rediculous. When the $10 special included 2 toppings, I got one every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Sometimes 2. (I hand some out to the homeless on the streets). Since,the special changed, I get 1, and most of the time it's burnt....
