First time to a Bob Evan's outside of Ohio. SLOOOWWW! Sat down a little after 5, so the place isnt really busy. Had to wait to sit, had to wait to get our drink order taken, had to wait for drinks and refills. Got sausage patties instead of links, which isnt a huge deal except for the slowness of everything. At least we weren't alone. People next to us didn't get their drinks until right before their food came out and apparently there was an issue getting some mashed potatoes at another table. Food wasnt bad, not as good as I have come to expect. Restrooms nasty

This location isn't the best. Their customer service could use some help. My food was ready for a while before they actually handed it out, and by then my pancakes were soggy. I had to ask other waitresses for things because mine wasn't that attentive.

Some of the best breakfast around. Bob Evans has iconic sausage gravy and biscuits , but everything else is wonderful too. This particular location is always busy, but is large enough to handle larger crowds, so there's usually low wait times. Definitely a top notch Bob Evans location.

I miss the days when their slogan was "Down on the farm we do it right or we don't do it." I hadn't been to a Bob Evans for a while. They closed the locations near me. The Saturday morning crew took the pilgrimage to Joliet and we were all somewhat disappointed. Apparently the cooks can't be bothered with special request. I had asked for my hash browns to be well done and crisp bacon and they brought out undercooked potatoes and burnt bacon. Our server was a ghost and didn't bother asking how everything was or even offering to fill up water glasses and remove dirty dishes after we were done. We sat there for a while conversing and I had to walk up to the counter to get a refill on my coffee.
Great Service with no wait time for an early morning Saturday breakfast. The food was ok. Adequate size portion of eggs, hash browns & bacon. Asked for over medium eggs, they were definitely over easy. The bacon was fatty & under cooked.

Favorites include skillet breakfasts, fresh big salads for lunch, and turkey and stuffing for dinner. Bob Evans has definitely kept pace with modern trends, even though their clientele tends to be older.
