That chicken parm sandwich was Delicious. Super hot during my whole meal. The cheesy potatoes were ok, i think i just like my stuff salty. Mashed Potatoes were good. French fries were crispy. The shop is pretty small with a big bathroom and slot machine area.
The restaurant itself is a no go...6 piece meal with 2 large sides $23.. no biscuits..and I do mean no biscuits..when I ask if I could buy some I was told they would have to make them and it would take 30 minutes..the chicken was dry and unflavored..the mashed potatoes were like cement and the gravey made my blood pressure rise off the charts it was so salty..I never complain or write reviews( can't say that anymore) but this is not a good restaurant..

Completely Disappointed in the Chicken for Starters. The Mash Potatoes were dry and hard, and the Gravy was like Soup! The Cole Slaw was ok, and the Biscuits were like rock's. What's going on at Browns? Why is it so different?

Best place for chicken in Joliet! Food is picture perfect, piping hot! and, just tasty. Ordered from here numerous times, never disappointed. Always the same two people working. Or, one or the other is working alone. Seems they get a little overwhelmed at times but they persevere and do their best. Maybe could use another pair of hands to help out. But, Popeye's nor KFC have nothing over this place. Before inflation you could order 10 pcs of Dark for 10$ throw in a side of mushrooms and feed the family for under 20$ Like 16$somethin.

Love the food and friendly service, but very expensive! Went here because the one in Frankfort had closed since I moved out of the area. Food is still excellent, and was a family staple back in the day.
