This Burger King must really love messing with peoples orders and getting them wrong it’s every time I come here my order is completely wrong.

Don’t even bother to waste your time at this location! Very poorl customer service! Employees have attitudes all the time ! Then why work ! You always see one employee working the rest or hiding with there boyfriend / girlfriend in the dinning area !!! Never a BK manager on duty! The orders is never made exactly how we order our order! They take more than 27mins on a order never again I’ll rather call the health department the meat still be raw smh

Terrible service I placed an order online but I had the wrong location and I spoke immediately to cancel the order because I was far away and neither the manager nor anyone else wanted to. They were very rude and even though I told them not to prepare the food they did so and told me They said there was no option for me to go and pick it up, talk to my bank and cancel my transaction and then Buree King customer service contacted me apologizing for the inconvenience that he had had in that branch and that they expected him to continue ordering burger king food.

I rarely stop at BK. My teen daughter and her friend ordered food and I get to checking out the menu, and like wow let me try that new whopper. It is the fried pickle ranch whopper. Once again another BK failure! And this is why I stay away from BK. No telling how old the lettuce is. The employees do not care how they prepare food for the customers. I wonder if the employees have since enough to make their own food better than what they make for the customers. I prayed over the food but was still to scared to eat it, so I gave the meat to my dog and the rest was garbage. I rarely do fast food and this is exactly why.

The manager of this location was washing his car. And I went in to pick up the food and he told me that he wasn't going to give me anything. Until I moved my car, he made fun of me for how I walked and told me to learn English.
