im a BK fan and this location is one of the better ones! clean bathrooms, great service, comfy atmosphere and the music isnt too loud or too soft. i guess that means im getting old but its just right! and the gentleman that took my order at the counter, kevin was outstanding. he def knows what hes doing and my food came out perfectly and exactly how i customized it. the lobby wasnt busy but the drive-thru definitely had a ton of business going on. overall this would have to be one of my favorite locations and i will definitely be back sometime soon. def recommend a visit!

I ordered a whooped Jr with bacon, heavy mayo, no tomatoes, no onions and no pickles. First they gave me my sandwich with no burger pattie.i sent it back twice. The man at the window huffed like I was getting on his nerves and they were in there laughing and playing and messing up ppl order. The 3rd sandwich i got had very little bacon that was not easy to chew. No extra mayo and still had pickles.. the burger was the worse I've ever had. Horrible experience

Yes that is what I couldn't believe after ordering the person said that my order was incorrect only after repeating it 3 times. After that, the person stated this is what u wanted which was not what I ordered. Perhaps they can read this review before its posted. Lol 😆

Worse service ever!!! The line is backed up. They only have one person working at the front. There were like 10 cars behind me. And a man that appeared frustrated, I want to say he was there for about 30 minutes at the curbside waiting on his order. I am the Google Review King. I got corporate to shut down Popeyes on Larkin. Next time I show up I expect better service or else.

In 2020, I was trying to use the app and its latter coupon on get free chicken nuggets when you buy something and tried it with another coupon and it didn’t work because other locations let you use two coupons and it never got honored and this is where things get chaotic: granny was trying to reason with the person behind the counter and it just didn’t work and we walked out and it was horrible service over a coupon which is the main reason why Byron my twin acted up in the car and acted up in the car at another Burger King after that so won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon…

I was in there at about 2pm and pulled up to the intercom, the lady couldn’t get my order right I have an allergy to tomato and mayo so I asked for it off my sandwich, after her finally getting it right we waited a long time for our food to come. It was cold, fries were extra salty, the onion rings were soggy. They forgot one of the whoppers and they didn’t get my order correct after all the trouble we went through to get it correct

I ordered thru the app and they were out of ice cream so why offer a Hersey pie or a drink when that’s not equivalent in price. Also idont like how manager was rushing employees and calling them bro. When asked how I can get a refund attitude was given . Disappointed bc I usually never have problems
