I just find it extremely weird that Burger King does not carry butter for their biscuits. When I came through the drive-thru this morning, Jesse told me they do not have butter 🤔🤔 if that's the case, Burger King should probably step their game up a little bit 😡also have me the wrong order. I ordered a biscuit sandwich and they gave me a croissant sandwich and when I tried calling nobody answers it just goes busy... Absolutely horrible. I will never come back here.

Placed a delivery order….it was confirmed. Then got an email stating it was on its way. Stated it was 3 minutes away and got cancelled. For what reason??? Can’t get a hold of the restaurant for them to explain!!! Not even the Door Dasher driver would answer my call. I know for a fact it wasn’t my credit card!!! Worse place ever!!!!

I just ordered $40 worth of food and asked for specifics and most of my order was incorrect and I got it delivered so I called immediately for over 20 minutes and not a single person answered the phone... I threw almost all the food out too because it was very old and disgusting. I put the order in on 9/19/2025 at 8:56pm. Whoever cooked and prepared this food needs disciplined and management will hear about this in the morning. I did not pay $40 for cold slop.

Edit: I lied my strawberry lemonade was good but the rest went into the garbage.

Stopped here to grab my kids a breakfast sandwich before my son's football game as the McDonald's was closed for renovations. The wait for the food was about 10-15 minutes, the fountain Diet Coke was flat, and the bathroom was pretty gross. We won't be stopping here again.

Clearly says dining room open at 7 AM went there at 7:05 got told won’t be open for another 10 minutes. Why? Now I’m going to McDonald’s to feed myself lost sale Burger King. No wonder why Burger King is always second.

while this burger king location has been here for quite some time, it seems that the in-lobby business has dropped off for some reason but the drive-thru still sees normal business as per usual. i consider this a hidden gem as i prefer to dine-in and enjoy the calm atmosphere, and the music isnt as loud and distracting as the mcdonalds down the street. i wouldnt have written a review if it werent for RUDY, the cashier that took our order, along with DAYA, NATALIA, PAULA, JACOB and the rest of the staff. while it may have been a benefit of the decreased in-door traffic, they were incredibly attentive to me and my parties needs. i currently (and temporarily) walk with the assistance of a cane and they made sure to accomodate me (us) as much as possible, offering to personally refill my drink, as well as provide what some would consider VIP service. the staff went above and beyond with other specific requests and if i based this review on their service alone it would be much, much higher than 5 stars. the food was hot and fresh and very tasty. the dining area was clean, however i will say that the parking lot could use a complete re-paving, but that had no bearing on my visit. and while the drive-thru may be more convenient for some based on their situation and/or time constraints, i highly recommend making a stop inside if possible; i promise you it will definitely be well worth it!
