Only reason I am giving this place a 5 star is because of Yanira (GM). This lady is the sweetest/ kindest person I met at BK. She's very sweet & everytime I come there she always has a smile on her face. Customer service is always on point. This lady deserves a raise.
Food was hot and tasted great. Fast too. But only being given one single solitary napkin in the drive thru was annoying. Everyyyyone knows these big ass burgers get messy. 🤷

I stopped in to get a Dave's number one special extra male and ketchup no lettuce no onion I received my sandwich as follows lettuce with onions on it no tomato I went back and asked them Where's my receipt The guy told me it was in the bag I opened a bag and let them see there was no wet no receipt in there I went through the drive-thru I came back the guy said well we'll make you another one okay I repeated no onion or lettuce I go to my car park it open it up it's the same thing I walk back in I said we just talked about this twice they can't get it right I won't be coming back to this location

It seems like they've had a bad day, they don't even say hello and they leave you waiting in line... it makes the place feel crowded... I hope your day improves but with their attitude I doubt it... Plus it's just that they take a while to serve

Ridiculous. Manager is on a video call with a friend while preparing your food. Completely unprofessional. I don't care if it's a fast food place. You don't do that at work

Worst experience at a bk I've had got my usual order not only was mocha awful but completely unmixed but top was not on and spilled all over my work clothes and car when I brought it to the associates attention instead of apologizing and acknowledging a customers frustration she wanted to argue an insinuated I was lying at it was secure. Hope this helps others in the future

I am so disappointed at the service I received at this location it was a Tuesday morning, to start off when we went to order the worker made faces at me and my family, she was wearing a button up shirt to so I'm guessing she is a manager, then when we received our food the meat on our whoopers were cold missing tomatoes and only had 1 pickle, I definitely will never be coming back to this burger king and I hope they receive proper training, because this is completely unacceptable

Coke machine was empty for almost all selections. There was a woman who spoke on the phone continuously with laud voice. Restroom was dirty. Bad experience, wouldn't go there again. ?
