Twice a year my colleagues and I come to Joliet for a teacher conference/education. We always stay at this hotel and have dinner here. This fall we were unable to however one of my colleagues and I made the trip over to have Burger Theory! We absolutely love this place!

Absolutely amazing burger, I got the boss burger, it fell apart when I picked it up but that doesn’t take away points (it usually would) the fries were great. If I’m ever going through Juliet again I will wait till they open to go it was that delicious

Inside the Holiday Inn, but having it's own entrance, from the moment you walk in you feel welcome. The wait staff is very professional and courteous. A very comfortable sports bar. I tried the Asian Tropical Burger. Wow, what a nice surprise for the taste buds. Along with the burger,you getting it topped with fresh pineapple mango salsa, Sriracha mayo, crisp wonton strips, cabbage melody and sesame dressing served with the most awesome tasting fries. This is the Winning Burger of the Year.

Had a burger with onion rings and it was acceptable. The onion rings were abundant but had too much flour. One was even partially uncooked. I was also overcharged for my lager and the entree. Waitress were attentive and kind. However, there are better choices.
