The food and service is great. But if you have an issue with your food, the head chef will come out and argue with you as if you did something wrong. He is not very professional.

Burgers are awesome! Fries and other sides are really good as well, we haven't had a bad experience yet. Only criticism is the shakes: some are good, some are a waste of money, none of them are great (very thin/bland)

Convenient as it is located inside the hotel. Food was fair, nothing special and was a bit pricey due to being in the hotel as expected. Sat at the bar after dinner and the bar service was excellent. Jen was on duty and was friendly, professional and courteous. A big plus is the huge fire pit right outside the back door! It's wonderful to sit out there and enjoy a livation in a comfy chair.

After being a cook and then a chef retired, I cannot say enough about the delicious, abundant, and perfectly cooked food!! I am beyond picky, to the point where my husband doesn't want to take me out to eat. I always can do better for less. I was completely blown away from our server Lauren, the time and temperature of the food, the cleanliness of the restaurant and the manager who made time to talk to us. My only concern was that the place was empty. If you haven't heard of or visited Burger Theory YOU ARE MISSING OUT!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY. Thank you to all who put in the work. WE are coming back and bringing friends.
Good burgers with great service. However do not feel the need to get a double. One patty is huge and after taking off the second I could still barely fit the burger in my mouth. Two was massive overkill and ultimately I ate it as a deconstructed burger. It was tasty though.

I come here all the time and never have anything bad to say. The service is amazing and personable and everything from food to drinks is always on point. It’s inside the hotel in the lobby so if you coming in for a visit in the area this is the place to stay and eat.
