First time here. Excellent service from the start. Appetizers were great. The entrees were fantastic. We will definitely be back!!!!! Thank to the Baci staff.

First time order and I live by in town, placed an order for delivery that ended up being forgotten about. NEVER again!! Totally screwed us out of a night of dinner. We ordered at 8pm, called back at 9:30 to say our order had been forgotten about. I can understand a delay but completely forgot about is unacceptable

Ordered pizza for the first time from Baci and was somewhat disappointed. Pizza was hot, but the dough was bland and tasted frozen/premade. Cheese and pepperoni on top was good, but the mushrooms were few and far between. Might still try Baci again in the future for some of their other items, but for pizza, no.

Absolutely loved our experience here! The food was authentic and full of rich Italian flavor — from the pasta to the desserts, everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The calamari, pizza, ravioli, and fresh bread (although we should have gotten more for ordering several pasta dishes) were good. The other pasta dishes and sandwich we ordered were so-so. Portions are large. Service was slow, but our server was very kind. The main issue I had was pricing. Everything on our receipt was marked up significantly compared to menu prices. Please be aware of this before you go! We thought we'd be spending around $90-$100 with tip based on the menu, and ended up paying nearly $130. (To be fair that's not bad for the amount of food, but it was deceptive to change prices from the menus we had right in front of us.) Please, Baci owner, update your prices on the menu and make sure servers tell patrons if there is an upcharge for subsitutions!

I’m a thin crust girl, I like my crust thin, the crust wasn’t as thin as I thought it would be, it was my first time ordering room here though, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The pizza was good. I ordered a 10inch thin crust with chicken. I also ordered the Chicken Alfresco, it’s A M A Z I N G!!! SOOOO GOOD!!! It came with bread too, and it’s delicious. I will definitely order from here another time.

I got a cannoli for dessert too. Perfect.

Unfortunately, it's not the same as it used to be i got the fried calzone it was all dough, very little cheese and almost no peperoni. I'm very disappointed. The marinara for dipping was good! Didn't bother taking a pic. there's not much to see

They can't do math. They charged me 2 extra pizzas out of the 10 I ordered and when I called to tell them about it they put a very unprofessional girl on the phone that couldn't understand what I was talking about or she was just acting dumb to not give me my money back for the extra charges. It wouldn't surprise me if they try to flip the story around to justify it on there end. They lost this customer.

Baci Trattoria in Naples has hands down the best pizza I’ve ever tasted! From the first bite, it’s clear that they take pizza to a whole new level. The crust is absolutely amazing—crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, with just the right amount of char.

What blows me away is how delicious the pizza remains, even as leftovers. Reheating in the air fryer is a game-changer; you still get that delightful cheese pull that makes pizza so enjoyable.

If you’re looking for a new go-to pizza spot, I highly recommend Baci. You won't be disappointed!
