On 2/5/26 when we dined in Chick-fil-A at 11:00 am the young woman who was on dining room had a great attitude and was very helpful! A great place to eat!

Twice in a row they forgot items in my order. The first time they didn't even put one of the items in the order, the second time they forgot the fries. Very disappointing.

Hello,
I am writing because I am honestly disgusted by the way I was treated during my most recent visit to this Chick-fil-A location.
I consistently order the same thing: a Southwest Salad with no tomatoes and add egg. Almost every time I come here, bacon is added to my salad. I do not eat pork, and this is a repeated issue. I come to this location often because it is close to my job and I work six days a week, so this is not a one-time mistake it happens over and over again. At this point, I expect my order to be wrong.
What made this visit unacceptable was the way the situation was handled. When I returned to the store, I spoke with the manager on duty, Lily. Instead of apologizing or simply fixing the mistake, I was met with a rude and confrontational attitude. She questioned me about how the salad is made and what ingredients go into it, as if that was somehow my responsibility. I don’t work there, I’m the customer. I should not have to explain how your menu items are prepared in order to get my food made correctly.
I am a manager myself at a nearby fast-food business, and I was shocked by this level of unprofessionalism. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was completely unacceptable. There was no accountability, no apology, and no effort to de-escalate the situation. Instead, I felt dismissed and blamed for something that has been a recurring error on your end. In the past, I’ve also felt like staff didn’t listen to me or believe me when I pointed out that there was bacon in my salad.
This experience left me upset and frustrated, and it has completely changed how I feel about coming to this location. No customer should be treated this way for simply asking that their food be made correctly, especially when dietary restrictions are involved. I hope this is taken seriously and addressed, because this kind of behavior should not be happening.

I asked for a large seltzer/soda water. They gave it to me no charge. So surprised and pleased.

Great food service and employees are as nice as you'd expect. They always go above and beyond for me even when I'm just doordashing my food. Don't ever have to worry about missing items here(:
