I'd love to share my relative experience on here! To begin, the team members are always very kind and considerate of any needs; sauce, refills, cleanliness, etc. I love the smiles and joy they always bring to my day, you'd never know how valuable something so small like this is to someone you either do or don't know. 🩷 It makes a big impact on hearts.
I had a mishap with an order some time ago, thankfully I was still close so I decided to give them a call and report my concern and issue. They offered without question to replace my food immediately and to come in so they can take care of it. They also were greatly generous to ask if I would like anything else on top of the full replacement, it was very very kind to do in this situation.
I had provided them with a well detailed understanding of my concern to prevent any further concerns from any other customers for that time. I am so thankful for everyone who puts there heart and best intention into something as simple as greeting and tending to a customer how they do. Keep it going 🥹

I very very rarely eat fast food. So one day visiting the area for work, I decided to go here. Waited in line for 10 minutes after ordering and there’s only one car in front of me. When I get up to the window, they said they don’t have any biscuits ready and I had to wait another 15 minutes.
This is all about 8 o’clock in the morning on a Saturday. Thank you! I will not be eating any more fast food again and def not this place. If you all can’t make biscuits…. that’s your basis of everything you do in the mornings then you probably shouldn’t be working here. Stay in school!!!!

preordered at 10:15 didn’t make it to the drivethru by 10:30 so order is cancelled and tossed. They didn’t allow any grace period. Waited 15+ minutes for someone to come over and tell me.

The food was good. Their Frozen lemonade and peach lemonade are AWESOME! Great on a hot day refreshing and just the right amount of sweet! Humbled that a company observed the Sabbath and stands behind their faith!

I placed an order for 10 combos through the app and I picked it up at the store and when I arrived to work we found that we are missing three of the chicken sandwiches which is really impressing since it's a dinner for the employee I called the store back and they told me the only thing they can do is give me a refund but I have to drive back to the store which is 25 minutes away from work

Bella is a very rude manager and very unhelpful. I ordered my food and paid for it in my app. Showed her money was taken out of my account by pulling my account on the app and still she refused to give me my food.
