I placed an order for 10 combos through the app and I picked it up at the store and when I arrived to work we found that we are missing three of the chicken sandwiches which is really impressing since it's a dinner for the employee I called the store back and they told me the only thing they can do is give me a refund but I have to drive back to the store which is 25 minutes away from work

The young lady who took my order was an absolute doll. However, my order for pickup was missing a key lime sweet tea. I didn’t notice until I was 5 minutes away from my house. I called to let management know, and no one ever got back to me. I know it’s only a few dollars but it’s not nice to feel stolen from with no rectification or care from management. Please do better!!

There should be someone at mobile thru lane to ensure people have already placed an order and just need to scan the QR code to pick up. I’ve had several instances where someone got in the wrong lane or they are holding up the lane to order at the entrance of the mobile thru lane. This is really frustrating because the whole point of the mobile thru lane is to order ahead and then scan the QR code for fast and efficiency purposes. Also there’s times when the drive thru lane is blocking the entrance to the mobile thru lane, so it takes a while to even get to the mobile lane to scan.
