This is the slowest location I've ever been to. It took 7min to get a lemonade mind you it was a pickup order and know one was in front of me. Hope they get better

Corporate needs to address the lack of timelines at this location. I was looking forward to see this location open up as it is much closer to where I live compared to the one on Plainfield Rd. Unfortunately, there is a constant lack of timelines. I’ve waited 15-20 minutes for my order almost every time I’ve ordered here. I’ve never experienced such frequent delay at a fast food restaurant. I would really hate to see this place go the way Steak n Shake or Taco Bell did. I feel like this issue needs to be resolved immediately not only to increase revenue. But also in order to avoid losing its current customer base to surrounding competitors.

The girls at the front register act like they don’t know how to count cash it’s okay maybe they are still in school . The fountain drinks are flat , food is still good though.
