I have come here before and service and food is increasing getting worse. Very poor customer service, I walked and said hello and the woman at the desk did not speak to me even after I asked how she was, just nodded her chin at me to order. I ordered a small beef and green bean, and order of crab rangoons. The order was $20. The rangoons were large, overstuffed with cream cheese and absolutely no meat in them. There was so much cream cheese that the center was cold despite them being fried. There were 4 slices of beef in my otherwise onion and green bean packed dish. I have worked food service and often give the benefit of doubt, however do NOT waste your money here.
I asked for extra soy sauce and was charged 55¢ for 10 soy sauces. When I received my order I asked if my soy sauce was in the bag she said yes. I got home and recieved 12 packets of sweet and sour sauce and 2 soy sauces. If you gonna be so uptight and change people per soy sauce packet how about you make sure you give them what they payed for. Oh and I wouldn't have even written this review had you guys just picked up the phone.

They got more orders wrong 2 times and had to pay $6 more to get the correct order and it still wasn’t right. They never tried to accommodate just say bring order back when I clearly payed for delivery. When I called to speak with manager they told me to call back in 3 hours. Really what kinda business is this. This is really sad business and poor customer services when I paid close to $30 and I tip the driver. I’m beyond pissed.
