I’ve been ordering here faithfully for the last few weeks with no problem. Same order, same way. Today, after my normal 30 minute drive home, I settle in and the order is not correct!
I had doubt when I walked in and placed my order with RUDE lady at the desk. She’s condescending and dismissive to everyone that walks in. I should’ve known better, but I “assumed” (yes, I know) the order would be ok.
A “mild” dish, in my previous orders deems ZERO/LITTLE spice. When I mentioned this to her, after I got home and discovered my order was wrong, she LAUGHED and said I’ve never heard of “mild” as being “no spice”.
I will continue to order my food, in person, but NOT with the rude woman that I now know by face!!

The food is normally pretty good. I've been coming for years, but today was not good. I ordered a large rib and the meat was VERY TOUGH. I ordered the crab fried rice and the crab meat was very mushy. My order came with free crabragoon which was dark brown which looked like it was cooked too long.

I have come here before and service and food is increasing getting worse. Very poor customer service, I walked and said hello and the woman at the desk did not speak to me even after I asked how she was, just nodded her chin at me to order. I ordered a small beef and green bean, and order of crab rangoons. The order was $20. The rangoons were large, overstuffed with cream cheese and absolutely no meat in them. There was so much cream cheese that the center was cold despite them being fried. There were 4 slices of beef in my otherwise onion and green bean packed dish. I have worked food service and often give the benefit of doubt, however do NOT waste your money here.
