Instead of give me fresh peppers from the fresh batch I was given the scraps at the bottom as they replinished the old with the new afterwards. It's just an observation or ANTHROPOLOGICAL inquiry. Run the same sequence of events with other cultures male/female will the end results vary? How often? When? Why? What were some of the pretext for each occurrence? Lust? Hate? Contempt? Respect? Etc It's a crude exercise but I think I got the point across for this community. As black on black prejudice, cascade of mental health challenges, widowhood/fartherlessness ,general spiritual impoverishment are at All Time Highs in the hebraic jew community.

I am a huge Chipotle fan, but this place is one of my least favorite locations. The lady who runs this place is not friendly, and it trickles down. They always charge you for anything extra.
All of that is whatever… the reason I am now writing this review is because they charged me for an extra burrito tonight (ordered 1 burrito, paid for 2). I didn’t even notice until I checked my credit card statement. It took me 20+ minutes with customer service to get a refund. Just a huge combination of bad vibes at this place. It is sometimes in a convenient location for me, but I will always be going to the place by the mall from now on.

As a dd/ue driver. I came in many times and not happy that they don't have the food ready but today they decided to finally start cooking it AfTER I arrive and ask for the order. This kind of laziness and unpreparedness costs us drivers money. A lot of it.

I have NEVER left a review anywhere but someone quite literally stole my mobile order and the woman who was serving me just walked away from me saying she’s not giving me a refund, I can’t get a receipt, and she refused to remake it.

My husband picked up a bowl for me. Mid meal I had a long hair in my mouth!!!! I was so disgusted! I called and didnt speak to anyone but they stared a email correspondence that abruptly ended with no resolution. After sending them the receipt twice and all the requested information they asked for. They asked for time of transaction last 4 digits of card. I sent them the receipt twice and all that was in there. A hair in my food is one thing but it was in my mouth and they did nothing about it. Not even an acknowledgement of the situation or an apology. This is not just a failure of this particular store but as the entire company.

The girls there are rude as ever!! Got my order wrong TWICE and gave me attitude for it. I would NOT recommend going here unless you like unnecessary attitude. Shame shame shame.

I order pickup from this chipotle all the time and they are literally the only chipotle in the area that get it right!!! And they get it right every time!!! Everything is always hot and portions are a good size.

Upon entering the location at 2609 W. Jefferson Street in Joliet, IL, we were immediately met with dirty tables, overflowing garbage cans, and some of the most unwelcoming staff I have ever encountered. Despite the restaurant being completely empty, we were rushed through the ordering line as if there were numerous customers waiting behind us.
We were not offered drinks or chips and guacamole, which we had planned to purchase. Instead, our order was quickly rung up by an extremely arrogant cashier. When we asked for hot sauce, the cashier replied, “There’s some over there,” while pointing to the area between the beverage machines. Since our order was to-go, this would have required us to unwrap our food, add the sauce, and rewrap it ourselves.
Additionally, the utensil containers were empty. When we asked the same cashier for three forks, she handed them to us without a word and walked away.
This franchise location urgently needs to be reviewed by someone with authority before conditions deteriorate further. Due to the unsanitary state of the dining room and the visibly filthy food preparation area, this experience warrants reporting to both the Will County Health Department and the Illinois Department of Public Health.
