This location has employees who treat people less than. Service is trash. 3rd visit and it's been consistent every time. Little rainbow boy snatched money out my hand today. Location by the mall has much better service. This one sucks!

I don’t understand how Chipotle hasn’t perfected rice. I’m sure you all make pounds and pounds of it a day. My rice was not fully cooked. It was very crunchy if it wasn’t for the new chimichurri sauce, it would not have been edible.

Manager at the cash register literally asked me what I wanted on my bowl after I took 2 seconds to think about it after the lady making my bowl asked me first. There was 1, one, person behind me. What is the rush? It was 7pm, they werent closing and they were slow. I've been to probably 10-12 Chipotle restaurants, and this service was the absolute worst I've received. Don't rush your patrons, its extremely rude, people only need to be told once. Also, they were out of cilantro and that delicious smokey Tobasco sauce. I know you all can do better.

Just went in and idk when the last time the girl making my bowl changed her gloves. Before making it, she lifts her hat and pushes her hair up…..with the glove on….she then reaches up and itches the bridge of her nose…with the gloves on….then reaches in and sprinkles the cheese on my bowl…same gloves….then proceeds to check me out while touching the screen….same gloves….by the time it was time to pay, I couldn’t stomach eating the food she prepared not knowing how long she’s had those gloves on. This was at about 10:15pm on Thursday night the 25…I walked out without saying anything because people act offended that you don’t wanna eat whatever they’ve been touching the last 6 hrs of their shift. Mind you I live in Yorkville I came here cause they’re usually clean but maybe the girl is new

This Chipotle is a little further from me but as of lately I've been making the drive because they is by far the cleanest Chipotle. There food counter is always clean and I even saw a girl removing everything and wiping it down. What I don't like sometimes I go and their brown rice is stale or cold. One of the girls told me it would be 20mins for fresh brown rice and i told her i would wait. Another girl came and said I can take your order. When she got my brown rice it was from the station over to the side pass the register. I think its the online order area..anyway...that rice was soo stale and cold. Literally a waste. Another complaint is the staff cant agree if my bowl is strictly categorized as sides or a veggie bowl. I just want the staff to come to a consensus on my order. Other than that this location is cool.
