The African American young lady with the dreads in her hair has the worst attitude ever to wait on customers. I did a description cause I asked for her name and she stated she doesn’t have to and that’s fine. Music is extremely to loud as atmosphere. Food was great as usual.

This is the third time I've been to this location where they ran out of cheese. They should post a sign bc when they are done making it, I'm not going to be rude and say I don't want it. The young black girl is the WORST. She was so snappy to me and the lady behind me. She threw the food together so messy and broke my taco shells. She charged me for things that I never got. The lady behind me came and talked to me about how terrible it was. That girl's attitude needs an adjustment. What a horrible experience!! This location is a disgrace.

Yeah, there was a group of girls in there young girls then I complained about the amount of chicken that they put on my bowl because it was like literally nothing and I said sir if you don’t like it, you can go elsewhere and they are very rude about it Ben and they kept saying bye the whole time when I was you know complaining respectfully it’s 01-28 2024 at 1525 love chipotle but won’t go there cuz they ignorant as hell

Horrible service...the person who started my order got my 2 kids orders done and started working with the next customer. Once she got started with the next customer she said "oh, we're you finished with your order?" I still had a few more to get through. Another worker stepped in to finish my order and quickly slopped the toppings on my other bowls. It was a mess. I'd rather drive to the next closest Chiplotle than order from this location again.
Absolutely Horrendous. Staff very much ill-mannered, portion sizes are very much beyond belief. Stores condition inside is disarrayed. I will avoid this store location at all cost due to reoccurring misadventures .

1/14 7:30pm - I walked in for a pick up, there was not one person in line for service, there were two employees standing at service line doing nothing job related, carrying on a personal conversation. I said that I had a pick up order to which they called out to another employee who was already busy preparing another order. Seriously?? I get that there are probably assigned duties, but you couldn't walk 2 steps to hand me a bag?? Teamwork is definitely not a priority.

I love Chipotle, and the staff at all of them makes me wish I didn't. The staff are so rude. I don't know where the managers hire these people from because they are awful. Every time I go there, I dread going inside, but I can't trust them to make the food right without watching. The employees get upset over putting some lettuce on my bowl. Then, charge for wanting something on the side, and when you ask, they just roll their eyes and stare at you.
