This store has had someone soliciting and bothering their customers for money when walking in or out of the premises.

I came in here around 4pm. Got a bowl and burrito. The service was HORRIBLE. very rude at the start line. The middle line he was super sweet and nice. The cashier as well very sweet. the start line rolled her eyes and got mad beacsue she didn’t hear that i said NO BEANs. then proceeded to add beans. not at all welcoming or nice, after her own mistake. Never coming back to this chipotle. How can you run a business with no good customer service unacceptable.

Stopped in to pick up food for my family during their Buy One Get One Free Tattoo promotion and left with absolute disappointment in the place's service. Everything was fine until I had to decide my toppings for my bowl when I was met with a clearly annoyed glare from a bigger black lady with glasses. She then proceeded to toss on my toppings and threw my bowl with no care, while blatantly skimping on portions out of annoyance. As someone who also works in the food industry, I can truly understand how stressful it must be to deal with a massive wave of customers in such a small amount of time. However, I still expect to be treated with respect. Truly disappointing to see a spot that had always brought me a welcoming experience, along with consistent quality turn into this. If you're going to participate in such a highly anticipated, hour-long promotion, at least uphold it with dignity and respect.

Not sure how they missed item on my order when the label it printed on the order. I try to call and of course they don’t let you talk to real person. They make you talk to automated message and when you described why your calling they don’t even take you to the restaurant itself.

Went in to order food for a family of 5.
Kids wanted quesadillas. Was told this is an online order only item... are you kidding me? You have everything right there to make them, but cant make it for a walk in customer? You want me to order online and watch you make it though? Absolutely unacceptable and you all need to be embarrassed to have your employees tell customers this.

Was not clean. The brown rice and chicken were nearly empty and crusty. Lettuce was wilted and whole counter was dirty. The line employees left right after we got our food. Guess they were in a hurry.

There was a big piece of plastic in my bowl. Kinda gross makes me question if they prepare their food safely. Won’t be back here.
If you open at 10:30 , then your doors should be open at 10:30.
Please train your employers better? They forgot to add my black beans and I see at table. I ordered through the chipotle app. They don't know how to read? The other store performs better. So it's the employees.

Stopped in for a pickup order on a very busy Wednesday night. The store was packed, and I want to give a big shout out to the employee handling the to-go orders — he was nonstop, efficient, and clearly doing his best to get everyone their food as quickly as possible. He did a great job under pressure.
Unfortunately, another staff member loudly commented that she “doesn’t get paid enough to do that” regarding a bathroom issue, within earshot of customers standing nearby. I understand being overwhelmed, but comments like that in front of guests felt unprofessional and left a bad impression about the level of care being taken.
Food was fine, but professionalism matters just as much as service.
