Horrible service by a mature server associate. I usually order four bowls, but one bowl is only white rice. When I ask the lady to please put extra rice she is very hesitant and tells the other associate to mark the seal cover, 3X. I got charged 3 times for a bowl that was still half full. She has a horrible attitude! When she is not there, I do not have that problem when I ask for extra rice. That person should not be working at Chipotle nothing like the servings shown in commercials.

i went in to get a bowl after a long day of school and work and i had asked for the same order i get every time which is half steak half barbacoa burrito bowl and the guy even repeated back to me and still gave me half chicken half barbacoa, i love chipotle and it’s one of the few fast food places i can eat at without getting sick from cross contamination as i have celiac disease and i eat there a lot and it really sucked that they messed up my order, i had also clarified with the guy if it was steak and asked another girl and both said yes that it was but it’s very clearly not steak and i tried to call and complain but i just get a robot that doesn’t help my issue at all.

Poorly managed...steak was completely empty other than some burnt scraps at the bottom of the bin...worked scraped up to what amounted to 1/3rd of a serving and passed it off as a full serving size. When I asked for more fresh meat, Was told they had to make some and i would have to wait 10-15 minutes as they didnt even have the grill going. Not sure how you allow the bin to be empty without even having more cooking on the grill to replenish.

DO NOT ORDER FOOD FOR DELIVERY!!!!! Ordered through uber eats and got a completely different order, the bag had our sticker with our name on it but inside was a completely different order. The bowls that weren’t even ours barely had any meat and the bowls weren’t even full. Whoever they have making and packing the food should get fired they obviously don’t know what their doing, especially if all the reviews for this location are horrible. Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star.

I've been going to this chipotle for a few years now and their quality has slowly been getting worse and worse. The people they have been hiring lately have been rude. They have been skimming on the portion size for the meat. But the thing that pissed me off today was fact they blatantly didn't give me the correct portion size and got an attitude with me when I asked them to correct it. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Food was fantastic as always although the portions seem to have shrank drastically unless it's just this location. Employee sat next to us while we ate on his phone which was on speaker, very loud, the entire time. Tables were all a mess and the music was extremely loud. No ice and no carbonation for the fountain drinks either. Definitely go to another location if that's an option.

Placed an order at 10pm, got there at 10:30, had to wait for the 2 people that were there to order until I was able to get someone to ask why I was there, then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes for the food to get started on, they started preparing the food at 11pm when the order was placed an hr earlier, and had to ask the worker for extra rations since they he barely put any(asked for extra n mad disrespectful)
Tacos soggy. Guacamole brown. Queso congealed and cold. Burrito bowl (chicken) cold. Quesadilla was cold. Onion chunks in sour cream (probably dropped in accidentally I hope). Will never visit again.
