Literally the worst Chipotle in the area. Always something broken / out of stock, to go orders have been wrong/missing items 3/3 times. “Customer Service” is poor. Go anywhere else other than this Chipotle.

The restaurant is absolutely disgusting. Food and garbage all over the tables and floor. The garbage cans were overflowing. Garbage was stacking on the counters by the pop machine as well. Food was decent at least. Im all cool for people joking and having fun at work but when you are yelling swears and making gaging noises when serving food seems a little out of place. Employees were eating food while serving food as well. I would avoid this place

I ordered catering for my Daughter's birthday. I ordered for pickup at 5:45pm. I arrived slightly late during to traffic only to find out they never even stated the order. I was told to wait . I am still waiting. The order is over 30 minutes late now The staff seemed more exasperated than apologetic. Like Oops oh well nbd. While I have a group of kids waiting to eat at home.

They messed up both my bowls so no one ate dinner, because they didn’t like or have allergies to the ingredients. Tried to call and you are directed to a chat bot. Doesn’t let you explain the issue and gives me a free guacamole to call it even. I just spent $40 on food nobody likes, because a worker couldn’t read the ticket.

This has to be the worst chipotle in the area . They skimp on portions so much . Especially if they do an online order . Avoid this location! Way too pricey for the amount of food they give you! Worst part is if you complain they either push you away with attitude or tell you to file a ticket online ! Never coming here again .

Worst chipotle by far in the area. The staff is rude and short with customers. Telling people in the most smart assed way that patience is a virtue. I get that it's dinner rush but being kind and not rolling your eyes at people goes a long way.
I purchased a burrito bowl. There were no onions and peppers and the rice was under cooked/still crunchy.

Horrible customer service! they make you feel rushed and uncomfortable while placing your order, not to mention portion sizes are extremely small. My first initial server was rude and as if she was annoyed to be at work. Be mindful when coming to this location! My first and last time coming to this Chipotle.

The man who served my food packed as much protein as he could for the members of a sports team that was in there, and for a random girl who was in there, while my friend and I got a pathetic spoon of meat in both of our bowls. On top of that, he seemed very rude and impatient, like we were a burden for choosing to be customers at the restaurant while he was working. I will never go to that chipotle again.
