Convenient location but good luck getting your order right if you're picking up... Constantly forgetting ingredients and they're unbelievably stingy with portions. I'm sick of complaining to corporate so I'm just gonna avoid this location like the plague from now on...

Not having any of the issues I'm seeing in previous reviews! Employees were nice, service was quick, and food was fresh! I got the biggest portion size I've ever gotten at a chipotle anywhere as well. Bit of an odd location choice but good parking and convenient right off the highway

I had multiple great experiences here. When I went to write a review about loving how salted the chips were tonight (2/25), I was surprised by the negative reviews. The bowl I ordered today was nearly perfect minus the chimichurri being out of stock. This is my go-to location now.

This was the worse chipotle I ever been to. Everything was dried out and old. The place wasn’t that clean and the guy that made my food don’t need to work there. To much attitude. For this to be a new place it’s terrible and I will never go back.

Purchase a bowl...paid $16.00 walked out hungry like I didn't even eat. Some of the items inside my bowl was cold or about to get cold. Spend $16.00 don't know on what. It's potethic this place and after reviewing it now I know why. I can't wait for Culver's or Chick-fil-A or Panda Express to open up next to these Bozzos here....and its coming seen the signs.

Immediately when I entered in the building, I was greeted by the workers and made me feel really welcome when I was ordering. I have to admit I did take a little time to think about my order but they didn’t give any sassy face or rush me. This one worker in specifically was very kind enough to suggest their favorite ingredients for the burrito and I tried them and it tasted soooooooooo good. I really like how they wrapped burrito. I have been to other chipotle’s and they can’t wrap a burrito as good as this one worker in particular, I wished I had asked their name. Anyways, we are down the line checking out and recommended me a good drink of of berry Fresca with lemonade and sprite and OHHHHH MY GAWD it was good. I just had to go back and put some cash in the tip jar. On top of that the tables we’re really clean and I overall enjoyed my experience here at Chipotle.

I recently had the pleasure of stopping by this Chipotle Mexican Grill location, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted. I placed a customized order, and the young man who helped me was fantastic—very attentive and made sure I received exactly what I wanted.
The cashier was equally great, taking the time to confirm my order and ensure I had everything before I left. The location was clean, the customer service was top-tier, and the food was fresh and delicious. I’ll definitely be returning!

Meat is extremely salty. So salty that I had to spit it out. Asked for a replacement and the replacement burrito is still over salted. I know, because I normally order the same thing every time. I won’t be ordering Chipotle in a long time, because now my chest is feeling uncomfortable after munching on that salty burrito.
Chipotle is hit or miss in general. Aside from my mobile order taking a little longer than expected, which is typical Chipotle, this was some of the best Chipotle I've had in a while. Good portion, good taste, nice people. And these people complaining about too much salt... they're crazy and un-American, that's the best part.

Was excited to see a Chipotle open up near the casino. I've been in at least 5 times, and each time the food has been borderline inedible. It's as if they leave all the meat and ingredients out which get stale and dry. On the last trip we decided to get chips with our order, and they were beyond stale to the point of being like rubber. We exchanged for a new bag which was exactly the same.
What appeared to be a shift manager was dismissive and told us all the chips were made fresh that day (no way).
Very perplexing considering this place hasn't even been open for a month yet. I have no idea what happened to standards, but I don't think this location is an option for us anymore which is sad. Even on day one their entire selection of ingredients visibly was dried and stale. I've never seen any Chipotle in such a state. Something needs to urgently be done at this location in order to save it.

The building is super nice and so is the location! That’s the only thing this chipotle has going for them though. My family had continuously tried eating here but the meat is always too salty, lettuce is wilty, and the chips are wayyy oversalted.
