I take issue with pricing here and most Chuckie Cheese places. Take note of the pricing. $42.00 for 27 wings. At Buffalo wild wings, you get 30 wings for 30 bucks. These wings were gross. Dry, cold in the center - just nasty. Really want my money back. I know chuckle cheese isn't known for wings, but the pizza is even more gross. I can't stand that pizza. No under carriage, super greesy, cheese f8ves diarrhea, etc.
So all that's left is the salad bar, with brown lettuce and croutons as hard as jaw breakers.
Overall, come to play games - forget the food.

Organized a party at Chuck E Cheese and it was very successful. Ready Entertainment for the kids while the adults can sit and chat. Older kids only need remote monitoring 😉. The servers were very courteous and helpful. The price was a good bargain. The kids enjoyed themselves. The food was ok, I would definitely consider returning.

Everyone that works here is so great! They add new games often to keep things interesting. My kids love coming here and the staff makes it even better. They do not hesitate to help when they can! Deryl specifically was very helpful in fixing an order that was messed up. He fixed it very quickly and was very polite! We really appreciate the family environment and the staffs dedication to making sure families have a good time!

I've been to about 5 different Chuck E Cheese locations across the United States. This one is my favorite in my local area. I think this one is better than the Tinley Park one because the bathrooms are cleaner and roomier. They also have sinks to accommodate shorter people.
My only gripe is that when I was that the photo machine was out of paper. Every time I go to a CEC location, there's also a problem with these games/machine. We like to get a photo every time we go.
The two locations I've mentioned have a jump area that is not open to the public and they probably won't be open anytime soon. I think local safety regulations require something and it just seems like a waste of space. I wish they were in use.
Wheelchair accessibility: This location has a wider entry area and would accommodate people who need assistance with mobility. There is also a lot of seating that would accommodate wheelchairs well so they can also be included almost everywhere where the kids might run to.

Tables were dirty, salad bar was empty, tomatoes were bad. I will say that they had several birthdays happening so maybe they just needed to get caught up. I always recommend a second chance for places like this because when it comes to entertainment places the kids are not the only ones who can be disrespectful.

Just celebrated my kiddo's bday there (10/11/24) and I just want to say that the manager, Chuck E in costume (my child melted down and he was awesome with her)and all the staff were wonderful ♡ they deserve a raise! Very accommodating and had great personalities. Thank you so much!
