I went today 9/21/2024 I wanted sone mini buns and the worker girl was RUDE!!! She said they didn’t have none and it was gonna take a long time to make. Well it’s 5pm and you close at 9pm. You’re just standing around. Do your job!! She was just RUDE I won’t be returning to the Joliet location.

This place is horrible I bought a churro for my son he took a couple bites and couldn’t eat it anymore of how stale it was , so I went back to see if they could give me a fresh one and the manager game me attitude and told me they couldn’t give me new one because my son had already ate half of it . My son had only taken 2 small bites so they refused to make it right and give me a fresh one. Never again buying anything from this location 4 dollars down the drain and a upset child ?

The lady taking my order was funny, and took care of me. It's weird that a Cinnabon have a stall like they did, and not a full store. I was kind of shocked to see that. I hope they get a full store in the mall soon.
This location is always a disappointment. From the mushy, undercooked Cinnabons, to the horrible customer service. Go to Fox Valley.

Unfortunately I had a really bad experience at the Joliet mall Cinnabon. After watching a movie with family we went to purchase Cinnabons. I walked up and pointed to the type of Cinnabon that I wanted. The young lady snapped at me. I quickly said “we’re done here” and left. Very unfortunate incident.

The chain bakery restaurant Cinnabon is located in the Center Court of Louis Joliet Mall, so it must be very convenient for customers to have a snack, a dessert, cold and hot drinks at this restaurant, that provides service at the counter. Being a bakery with a full menu, Cinnabon offers various kinds of fresh baked products -- from Classic Frosted Cinnarolls to Baked Treats -- Bonbites, Churro Swirls, Cookie Bonbites, Minibon Rolls, etc. The modern, open floor design , central location, lofted ceilings and distantly placed tables create a casual atmosphere, comfortable for relaxation at Cinnabon, in an overall busy environment. We ordered a Classic Frosted Cinnapack of six Rolls to go -- they were placed in a turquoise colored box, the price of the order was $19.79 (plus tax), which seemed to be fair. The service was attentive, business-casual and friendly. At the end of a busy summer weekend, the whole ambiance at Cinnabon was quiet and undisturbed. I would imagine the place had been quite busy earlier, since almost all Churro Swirls were gone. The Cinnarolls were consumed later -- and they were very good! Thank you.

We drove from Bloomington to Joliet for Cinnabon. It’s one of the closest locations. Only one classic one was available and no more were being made. This was at around 6 PM. The woman behind the counter RUDELY turned around, scowled at us and yelled at us for being a little disappointed that out of 4 of us, only 1 could get one. We won’t return to this location.

Amazing food, great staff. The cheesecake jars are absolutely amazing. A little on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for and it is well worth it.
