I had an amazing experience at the Cinnabon in Louis Joliet Mall today! Destinee and Kiara were absolutely incredible. They had a sale going on — buy two, get one free — and at first I wasn’t interested. But their personalities and customer service were so on point that they talked me right into it.

They were patient, kind, and really made me feel welcomed. I even asked for the middle bun because it looked soft and gooey, and they let me know it was fresh...
