We came here for my brother in laws birthday, some of us ran about 20 mins late. The manager on duty for the restaurant side was very rude and told my family they'd have to give up the table if we didn't show up soon, 20 mins is way too quick for that kind of rudeness. The manager was also very loudly rude to her staff as well. Our waiter was good. The food was mediocre.
The staff on the store side was very nice and welcoming, they have a great selection of cool little knick knacks and unique sodas.
EDIT: I forgot to add the first two sets of silverware I got were just dirty and put into the sleeve. I'm not talking water marks dirty I'm talking pieces of food still on the fork dirty. Apparently the manager is more concerned with trying to take tables from paying customers than making sure the dishwashers are doing their job.

Love to go to this place. Friendly, helpful employees. Great food and of course love going thru the merchandise , find many gifts.

We went here after a small private memorial for my grandmother. There were 14 adults in our group and 4 high chairs. I called about 20 minutes ahead of time and the woman said “no problem!”. The table was all set for us when we arrived. All the staff was phenomenal, food delicious!

This place has terrible management treats thier employees terrible you look around and see how they distribute the work and it’s clearly favoritism the foods okay but they don’t know what theyre doing

When I got home from picking up my food, it took about five minutes, my food was not hot. The grits that they replaced because they left it out of my previous order, was full of salt like they were trying to get back at me. They have never put salt in grits before.

Had breakfast with friend. Our server was Brittney. She was so kind and friendly. Thank you for your outstanding service. After meal, we stopped to shop and Gina was so attentive and kind, she made us feel like celebrities! She even opened the door for us! Wow! Thank you Gina, you are awesome!
The food took forever to come. It was not crowded. When the food finally came about 20 minutes later, I will admit it was hot. Our server pretty much ignored us for the most part, which was OK until I wanted more coffee.

Our waitress we had was not a funny person. Usually I get good people that are very respectful. You have a good crowd there beautiful atmosphere today. I don’t know if my waitress was new or not. She was not a funny person like the others.
Wheelchair accessibility: It was absolutely beautiful sidewalk clean driveway clean got in there with no problem thank you so much. This is my favorite cracker barrel.

Most always enjoy our visit. Only one complaint, the windows should be tinted. The sun can be blinding especially when glaring off a car.

Terrible breakfast both my wife's & mine country fried steak was all breading & like it was fried last week!.I had ham which I couldn't cut with the knife it was so dry! Manager said they have issues with the ham due to being cut so thin! It dries out!!.great so the.manager just told me that the ham I just an upcharge for is so thin they can't even cook it?! Country fried steak was an upcharge also! Finished this delightful meal with a dry biscuit & some lame ass gravy! All of this for 45.00!! Plus 10.00 tip cause you can't.blame the server manager never offered any comp. Stopped at McDonald's for something edible! Needless to say first& last time at cracker barrel!👎😵
