We had our Nov. 2024 wedding rehearsal at Cut 158 and were completely impressed and happy with our experience. The food is excellent and the service was top notch. The staff made us feel very welcome and taken care of the entire night. They added little cute touches like our picture on the menu that made it feel special and their new space is really modern and perfect for events. We went last night for dinner and everything was amazing! We ordered steak tartare, ahi tuna and lamb chops as appetizers. Main coarse bison ribeye, filet mignon medium rare. Everything was cooked exactly the way we ordered, the server and staff were on it. By far the best restaurant around if you like what we ordered hands down. I’ve lived in Joliet my entire life and this place knocks it out of the park.
Service was awesome. Food was nasty. Lamb chops was full of blood even though I ordered them medium well, also waited 45 mins for them to come out for them to not be cooked correctly. Baked potato tasted old . I had better chops at longhorn. Will not be returning.
