Excellent food and service. We were going to the Rialto after for a concert and server was great about making sure we were not rushed but also that the food came out in time. We had filet and scallops and the brussel sprouts with bacon. Everything was outstanding.

Vicky was our outstanding server! Our food was excellent and plentiful! Great wine selection! (felt the wine by the bottle mark up was excessive) Lovely evening! Thanks for having such a fine dining quality restaurant in Joliet! Definitely a "Special Occasion" place!

My husband and I went there for his birthday. The restaurant was elegant, but not pretentious. The ambience was beautiful. Our server Cathi was attentive and had a great attitude. The food was delicious and the price point was spot on and a great value. We definitely look forward to going there again.

The staff was very nice, especially our server. I think something happened with our order because when our food came out it was barely warm and looked like it had been sitting for a bit before being brought to the table. For the money we paid, the entrees were very disappointing. Our drinks and app were both good, but main courses fell way short.

We celebrated our anniversary last night and Vicki was our server. Absolute wonderful experience from start to finish. She was most attentive and truly made our celebratory dinner memorable. She went above and beyond to take multiple photos of my husband and I as a keepsake when serving our desert, complete with a cake sparkler. The food is absolutely delicious. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

From the time you walk you are treated like a VIP. The cocktails and food are outstanding along with the service. They do have Valet Parking so you do not have to worry about parking.

I come here often with my family and it never disappoints. The service is always great and we don’t wait long for food and drinks. Everything tastes amazing, I can tell it is fresh and well prepared. There’s a generous selection of food and unique meats that typical steakhouses in this area do not offer. I’ve tried numerous dishes and appetizers and each one is delicious and unique in flavor. If you are in the Joliet area I recommend Cut 158 for a relaxing, inviting dinner.
Wonderful ambiance and great selection of meats and seafood. Everything was just perfect. The lollipop lamb chop appetizer was a favorite for everyone and the scallops were just perfect. We will definitely be returning once again!

The staff were very accommodating. We were seated when we arrived, 30 minutes before our reservations and missing 4 people from our group of 6. Our server, John was great and got us to our show at the Rialto on time. Ask for the cheese Curds, as they are available, but no longer on the menu.

I didn’t need to eat here to know that any other steakhouse, in the Midwest, could do better in the area of service. I’m so glad I dodged the bullet of giving this trash location, with a less than desirable manager, any dollar of mine. In case anyone was wondering, you can’t preorder food to be ready when you get there before a show, but you can place an order for pick up. So, do yourself a solid and place an order for pickup and then sit at the bar, and tip nobody for it. Tip your bartender if you get served, while eating your take out. As stated prior, just avoid in general and go to any of the areas steakhouses that are not CUT158.
