Sudae was bad bananas were still green strawberries were rotten and barely any pineapple
Great DQ!
I miss when customer service was actually a thing, instead we have workers now who just care about making money. Although I will say the young lady that prepped my order was great! However the young lady giggling and speaking in her native language while taking my order left an unpleasant experience for me. Mocking your customers not knowing if they speak your language as well is very rude! I will not be rude and say what is actually on my mind but this was probably my last time ever eating at DQ
Delicious and good service the only bad thing is that there is only one person preparing everything and the wait is a little long

Ordered a confetti cake dipped cone and they charged me for a dip cone and then also charged for sprinkles, even though the “sprinkles” are not sprinkled and are, in fact , part of the dip. When I brought it to their attention that they actually charged me twice for the dip by charging as a dip and again as sprinkles and they said, “we always do that.” Pay attention, people, they’re robbing you. I will never be back, which is a shame because it used to be such a great ice cream place.

We bought two blizzards and both tasted like the milk had gone sour. We brought them back and wanted a refund because who knows if a new one would also be soured as well. The total was not printed on the receipt and they could not get the right amount of change back. It took 5 minutes (and the calculator on my phone) to get our correct refund. Idk what’s going on at the location but it’s poorly managed and not worth food poisoning.

East Side Ghetto Neighborhood. Watch for minorities running stop signs and passing down the center lane of Briggs St. Bullet holes in the windows and siding. Not a place I want to be near. Walmart Ice cream section has better options.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive through only to get to the window to find out the ice cream machine was beokw.. called the next day to see if it was fixed and the guy on the phone said it was never broke. Place is a joke! Not what it used to be!
