This is the neighborhood Dairy Queen drive-in that is so much better than the new version. Ryan is a nice young guy that really wants you to be happy with your order. The chocolate soft serve ice cream is only topped by the the buttery smooth hot fudge. Get the online application now, so you too can have Ryan make one just for you. Five star service and ice cream treats. Tell him I sent you.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive through only to get to the window to find out the ice cream machine was beokw.. called the next day to see if it was fixed and the guy on the phone said it was never broke. Place is a joke! Not what it used to be!

The employees here are wonderful. Just came here and bought my usual blizzard. The employees are always wonderful, hence the Star that they've earned. Why no more stars are earned is because it is obvious that they are understaffed and that's what causes long wait times. And the employees are visibly stressed. As a business owner myself, it is very unreasonable that the business owners don't hire more staff. Those poor kids are overworked. Business owner: do better. Yes it cost more money to hire staff, but it worth it and pays its dividends!

They're pretty slow but I think they're understaffed. And their sizes tend to vary, if I order a large I might get a mammoth cone or one that could graciously be called a medium at best. So. Not bad, the food is very good and the staff is super polite.

Love this little local DQ! Staff was nice, but if it gets busy you may just have to wait a little bit. My family got some delicious blizzards and I tried the Pecan Praline Parfait, it was so yummy!!!

This dairy queen is the best in the joliet area I've been going to the one on w.jefferson for awhile since I had a bad experience with this one on Washington St but didn't want to drive to the Westside and decided to give the e.side one another chance and this blizzard is the best I've had in a while they didn't short me on reeses and cheesecake like most do and it was actually filled correctly. They've won me back over as a customer it must of just been the lady who worked there the times I was getting horrible service

Hit the spot. Vintage feel. Polite young man served a delicious strawberry shortcake and vanilla shake. DQ is always reliable.

Went to this location with my boyfriend and our two dogs. The guy kept asking us how many pup cups we wanted and we said none. He asked again and we had to tell him no. We made our order, but didn’t realize there were peanuts on the Sunday that my boyfriend got. He’s allergic to nuts. So we asked him for one with no nuts. We got the new product and eat it. As my boyfriend got to the bottom of his Sunday, he found a layer of peanuts. If you are allergic to peanuts, this place will probably kill you.

Set in drive thru 20 minutes they were onlybhelping people walking up to window. Original car that was at the window drove off and never got helped . The next three cars drove away . Workers ignored the drive thru and helped only people who walked up . Not acceptable .
