Order 2 shakes asked for the little extra on the side that all other Dennys I’ve been to give on the side because it says it in their menu and the waitress said that only happens when they are new workers and don’t know the exact measurements we don’t give extra on the side. It says it on the menu.

Not the best atmosphere I felt scared because of the talk in the restaurant by employees. I don't understand how all the Joliet IL people have the jobs they do. Guess you have to be a part of the cartel just to have a job round here.
Coming in the entrance, it didn't feel welcoming. When they sat us down it was just drop off and walked away in a bad mood. There was hairs on the table and menus... Like everyone in there don't want to be there working. Service was bad and the food was worse.. didn't look good and it tasted worse... we ate cause we was hungry but after we felt nauseous 🤢 I won't come here again and won't recommend to anyone.

I have had a very good experience eating in this place, but today was an amazing day. My daughter dropped her car key in the waiting area, we both were looking for it outside, inside her car, and nothing, we couldn't find it, I was all nervous then I decided to go inside the restaurant, there was a worker right there, his name is Lucio, he heard me when I was asking Dranelly about the car key and he immediately told me that the key was there, then Dranelly really kind gave it to me. Thank you so very much both of you guys. I should say that my waitress was a very nice lady her name is Consuelo, outstanding customer service and very taste food.
