I place a order last night and they told me they couldn’t do my order cause they was closed I places my order at 11:40 y’all don’t close the kitchen until 12:30 so why all in here doing is talking and not making no food sitting around I definitely need to talk to the manager that was unacceptable.

Just because there is no sign said “no turn on red” at S Chicago ST to 4th Ave it doesn’t mean to cut someone off impatient. There was a car approaching on 4th Ave eastbound right after turn red light.Nearly hit my brand new truck. An old man Indian was very careless driver.

Last time coming to this Dominos. Guy up front looked in a bad move and didn’t even greet me at all. I asked for cheese and they say they don’t carry it! What! On top of that I get a form and some crushed pepper and couldn’t even give me a bag. Definitely not doing business here again!

I ordered with a coupon last Friday and the cashier said is ready in 10 minutes but wait more than 20 minutes I asked for my order and the lady was gone ( who took my order)she didn't check if my order go through so I have to wait another 19 minutes there .

0 star to this location because why does my food look like this. First of how is that 5 bite’s of pasta supposed to be a meal. & my parmesan wings look like they poured ranch on them. My food also smelt like straight up cigarettes. I wish I could give them 5 stars because staff was friendly but damn take pride in your job?

If I can give this place zero stars I would and I’m definitely going to call and speak to a manager and I will not be ordering here ever again! If I order cheese bread then I’m suppose to get cheese bread. Instead I got every piece of meat yall found in the kitchen and I don’t even eat meat! Not only did I place my order 3hrs in advance, it came to to me at work AFTER my break and it was cold! I waited til my next break to eat to find out I had meat in my food! I also ordered an emergency pizza which I earned just from being a loyal customer just to have a pice of hair in it. Don’t order from here! I gave this place the benefit of the doubt the first time they gave me my food after break and I had cold pizza just to deal with this YET AGAIN. And now, I’m fed up and I will be taking further action!

Ordered online, called an hour later when it didn't show, was told it'd be another 40 minutes unless I come get it, so I start driving and get a call saying it's out for delivery so I head home, half an hour later and my pizza isn't here and the staff wasn't kind about it at all, it's been an hour and a half and will I ever get my pizza? The world may never know ? screw this trash pizza chain

I placed a order for it to be at my job at 9:45pm and on the app it says it got delivered! They had me thinking one of the amazon associates stole my pizza and then I call and they tell me it got delivered just for them to find out that he still on the way with the pizza! This is unacceptable. About time he gets here my break will be over and I will be calling for a refund!

Mess orders up multiple time for me and neighbors . Customer service is unfortunate . I would drive to another side of town just to avoid for now on sucks because it’s convenient but I rather get better quality and service over convenient
