I placed an online order, 30 minutes later i get to the restaurant and the worker looked confused as to why i was there. I told him i had an online order and was here to pick it up. The worker checks his order screen, and of course he hasn’t even started my order. This is at 11am so the place was pretty dead. So i go to the bathroom as I’m just in there killing time and what do you know… it reaks of weed in there.

Quick, easy, affordable, and amazing food! Whether you get pizza, loaded tots, wings, or anything really on the menu... You won't be let down! Everything is fresh and if you don't finish it... It is always good the next day and if refrigerated it is good for up to a week sometimes longer!!! That's fresh ingredients for you with no preservatives.

Worst pizza and service I ever had in my life from the Domino’s on republic. My pizza was botched I had paid for 5 toppings and it was barely any toppings on the pizza. It was a 2 hour wait then they closed so I called the next morning to complain and the manager tells me that I should have called last night but how they were closed. A shame and Dominos used to be one of my favorites. The Manager there and food there sucks.

Last night, I ordered pizza. This girl Skyler has delivered to me 3 times in a row, didn't think much of it but this time when i talked to her she was awfully rude. Last time she asked for a tip, didn't have money on me so I sadly said no, she gave me a stank look and was rude after. This time she said “Theres a domino’s across the street you know.” And it was so rude and offensive, disrespecting me just cause i ordered online? What difference does it make. This customer service was rude and terrible. Hope Domino’s doesn’t encourage this behavior upon their employees.

Don't use the awful call centre Dominos have set up now, though. Brutal Just use the app on your phone, or stop in and order at the location
Very upset with their service. I ordered over $50 of food, had people over my house waiting to have dinner, there’s no way of tracking where your order is, next thing you know I get a notification that my order was complete and delivered. Never got my food, I called the restaurant and they told me that the delivery driver got “confused” with my address but said he was out there knocking. Mind you I have a ring camera, doorbell and I was sitting on my porch for over an hour waiting for this food. Not once did they try to call me, and they still charged me for the order!!! Said that I had to request the refund online. Absolutely unprofessional and rude on top of it….

Beware of the overseas call center. If you have questions about an offer, insist to be connect directly to the store. I was given one price over the phone and another at pickup. This is deceptive. I wonder if it was a mistake or common practice. It comes off as shady.
