This big Black guy made my iced coffee and absolutely nailed it — 10 out of 10. Every other Dunkin I go to can’t even get it right. He’s amazing, best Dunkin employee ever!

Ryan is awesome. I had to ask him his name the other day. Because of him, i no longer go to any other locations. No matter what we order he delivers the best tasting version. This would be 5 stars if you get Ryan to teach the other employees how to do this correctly. It's mind-boggling that one person can do such a great job, and the rest of the employees are average at best. Do whatever you can to promote Ryan and have him teach the rest of the staff. Today i went and Ryan wasn't there. It was someone i hadn't seen before. I thought I'd try. Unfortunately, Yanelli was unable to make a cup of coffee either. Please have Ryan show these people how it's done!
The young man working the counter had no customer service skills. My interaction with him was robotic and I felt like I was bothering him.

Did a mobile order, after 15 mins came to pick it up. No one was in line waited a few mins for someone at the speaker than when I pulled up there was no stickers on my stuff like usual. I told the girl I had hash browns and she told me they were all out.. at 10 am on a Saturday. I asked for a refund and she said to call corporate.. like that is gonna get me anywhere. She gave me a donut for it, but if you’re out of something you shouldn’t be able to order it for a mobile pick up order. I would’ve rather had gotten a refund than extra donuts.
