Best Dunkin in Joliet. Coffee doesn’t take like it’s been there for days like the one on Larkin . Iced latte has tasted the same if not better the several times I’ve gotten it. Service is really good very nice people. They’ve always gotten my order right list goes

I get the iced caramel coffee on sale for $2 , so good I had 2 of them this morning

Came through the drive through asked for a medium iced coffee with 3 caramel 3 cream and liquid sugar and a maple bacon sandwich with american cheese I get my order and I get home I have granulated sugar and no caramel in my coffee and white cheese in my breakfast sandwich i’ve never gotten the correct order when I come here the service was quick but I didn’t get what I ordered ?

Only use the drive thru but not early in the morning if I can avoid it - super busy and the line goes around the building even though they are quick.
It's a D.D. America Runs etc. I checked it out at 6:15am. I got the coffee and breakfast I needed and expected. No surprises.

This is my favorite location, by far. The employees are always polite, and my order is always correct and ready when I get there. I can't have dairy, so it's important that it's right. Great staff and greeeeeat coffee.

went through the drive thru at 11:15 and I didn’t even get greeted- some girl answered by asking whats your order, and proceeding to ignore what I requested- which was NO ICE in my matcha latte. They gave me a heavily iced beverage and exchanged no words other than the total at the window. go somewhere else if you want better service.
