My iced latte had a label in it that I sucked up through the straw and made me gag! Tried to call to tell them and their listed phone number is no longer in service. Disgusting. And literally the slowest Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I will not be going back!

2 days in a row I've had to throw my drink away. Pistachio latte was terrible, so next day I went back for my regular iced caramel latte- it was terrible. I don't have time to try it before I leave. Something changed - it was never this bad

This Dunkin’ Donuts is absolutely disgusting. The hash browns always have an unpleasant taste, as if the oil has gone rancid. The coffee is either burnt or watered down, and there’s no consistency in either. My usual coffee order is always the same, but today it tasted like there was peppermint in it. Regardless of the reason, they need to improve their quality significantly!

Lately when I make my order it's usually wrong. Being on my way to work I don't have time to turn around go back in a long line to have it fixed. Also, once you're at the window they're always having side convos and seem really distracted. It used to be convenient because it's close but I get better service up the road on Cedar. It's worth the distance at this point.

I frequent this location. Daily. Using cash to pay for my purchase and I am REPEATEDLY SHORTED ON MY CHANGE. I’ve heard the cashier yell for change time and time again, but how, HOW is it okay to STEAL from your customers??!! One cent here, two there, four here…no acknowledgement, they just short me. HAVE CHANGE FOR YOUR BUSINESS!!
You get shorted before we do. Bad business decisions. NOT OKAY. Going to contact the BBB, because I’m sure it is happening to others.

Skip this Dunkin!% 80 of the time they screw up my order.(A coffee and a sandwich)This last time i went was the last time.I ordered a coffee and sandwich, got bagel and cream cheese- so i turned around and went back. All i got was "sorry about that" they remade it - it was wrong again! Its like they are actively screwing up people's order.
