The new staff is very short with the customers. The eat in area was extremely dirty floors and tables. It sounds more like a sorority house than a coffee place. Coffee was great. Out of stock on a lot of their donuts. Very disappointing!

The food was okay, payed $3 for about four tiny steps of bacon. My sister wanted her avocado toast toasted, didn’t come out toasted. The worst part about being here, was the morning staff they had working here, ( a young man and two younger girls ) were very loudly talking terribly about other employees who were not there at the time. The girls were also just being very obnoxious in general. Wasn’t very nice trying to eat breakfast with my sister when they were just yelling in the back about how bad any other staff member is.

I ordered a donut and some white sugar balls and the girl who served me took my order and told me if I wanted chocolate and I told her I couldn't make it to the window. I pay, they give me my order and I check it and they come just chocolate balls. and I tell her that I don't want chocolate balls and she snatches the bag from me and makes her face at me I say she's an employee or I think rather she's an employee and she doesn't have to serve people reluctantly who don't pay attention when they take the order It is very different if I am not going to ask for alms nor am I going to ask for the things given.

I asked for a Large iced chai, with less ice. They gave me a drink that has 1/5 of it missing. When I asked where was the rest of my drink I was met with the reply of "less ice changes the recipe". I get dunkin all the time, and this is a first this has happened. This is not my first time at this specific location either. I paid $7.19 to not get a full drink? I was already late to class so I left it at that.

I had went to dunkin excited to get some drinks, as I pulled up to the drive through window exploring my options I was rushed by a rude employee. Once I ordered my drink I paid at the window and once I was given my drink I had told the women who handed me my drink to have a nice night and before I was able to finish she slammed the window shut. This Dunkin has terrible customer service. every time I come to this Dunkin I come with a smile but I just get dirty looks and attitude in return.
I’m a fan of French cruler donuts. Dunkin was out of them for awhile. I ask every time I’m in line if they have them back. They say no. Today I asked and they said no. I order a dozen donuts and I have one in the box. They denied telling me they didn’t have them. Manager and employees were unkind and do not care about customers. They are right and if the customer doesn’t like it they can go to another Dunkin!

I just recently started working in Joliet and this Dunkin is right off the exit next to my job and I have never been to a Dunkin that is as fast as them and always has my drink right and the food is always perfect! And the people that work in there are so sweet

I just left in absolute tears. They rang in my order wrong, and when I asked for my correct order they literally wanted me to give back my entire order, which my daughter in her car seat had already eaten. I gave them back the wrong coffee order and wanted the difference. They flat out refused my money back without the donut. I begged for a mgr, corporate information and no one would give it to me. NADIYA was the ring leader, calling the police saying I wouldn’t leave. Despite them with holding MY MONEY. I paid $14 for 1 donut and milk. Ridiculous. Cops never came. Will follow up with owner ASAP.
