I ordered a donut and some white sugar balls and the girl who served me took my order and told me if I wanted chocolate and I told her I couldn't make it to the window. I pay, they give me my order and I check it and they come just chocolate balls. and I tell her that I don't want chocolate balls and she snatches the bag from me and makes her face at me I say she's an employee or I think rather she's an employee and she doesn't have to serve people reluctantly who don't pay attention when they take the order It is very different if I am not going to ask for alms nor am I going to ask for the things given.

I asked for a Large iced chai, with less ice. They gave me a drink that has 1/5 of it missing. When I asked where was the rest of my drink I was met with the reply of "less ice changes the recipe". I get dunkin all the time, and this is a first this has happened. This is not my first time at this specific location either. I paid $7.19 to not get a full drink? I was already late to class so I left it at that.

I had went to dunkin excited to get some drinks, as I pulled up to the drive through window exploring my options I was rushed by a rude employee. Once I ordered my drink I paid at the window and once I was given my drink I had told the women who handed me my drink to have a nice night and before I was able to finish she slammed the window shut. This Dunkin has terrible customer service. every time I come to this Dunkin I come with a smile but I just get dirty looks and attitude in return.

I’m a fan of French cruler donuts. Dunkin was out of them for awhile. I ask every time I’m in line if they have them back. They say no. Today I asked and they said no. I order a dozen donuts and I have one in the box. They denied telling me they didn’t have them. Manager and employees were unkind and do not care about customers. They are right and if the customer doesn’t like it they can go to another Dunkin!

Worst DD ever. They are slow to serve the counter, lied to me twice about a senior discount. Coffee quality was marginally better than hotel complimentary coffee. Terriblecustomer service.

I just recently started working in Joliet and this Dunkin is right off the exit next to my job and I have never been to a Dunkin that is as fast as them and always has my drink right and the food is always perfect! And the people that work in there are so sweet

I just left in absolute tears. They rang in my order wrong, and when I asked for my correct order they literally wanted me to give back my entire order, which my daughter in her car seat had already eaten. I gave them back the wrong coffee order and wanted the difference. They flat out refused my money back without the donut. I begged for a mgr, corporate information and no one would give it to me. NADIYA was the ring leader, calling the police saying I wouldn’t leave. Despite them with holding MY MONEY. I paid $14 for 1 donut and milk. Ridiculous. Cops never came. Will follow up with owner ASAP.
Good service they're quick in the morning even saw an employee chase a car to give them the right coffee. They have and know their regulars by name and order.

I must say these employees are amazing. I watched 2 illegals come in and threaten the kids with violence. The guy guy kept shouting, "Do you know who I am?? Mi Nombre es Martin Almazan and I will hunt you down" then the Mexican guy started yelling homophobic remarks at the staff member and flicked him off. And the lady threatened to pee on the floor
Those kids handled it so well. Even after Fiona and Shrek left, the boy team members helped the girl team members who were crying because of what that guy was yelling at them
