I’ve been going to the Dunkin’ Donuts since I moved to the area and I work nowhere near this location however, I continue to visit this location because of the fantastic staff, who each and every day greet me With a smile, and have gotten to the point where they recognize me as a regular. I truly consider this one of my favorite locations to visit because of the staff’s professionalism, friendliness, and overall great spirit. My family and I continue to visit this location every day. In the two years I have been visiting this location not once has the coffee been prepared wrong. I want to shout out and thank Nadia and Israel as they are the two best employees I believe this location has.

I went to the 422 Chicago Street store in Joliet. Unfortunately, I was not impressed. I will start off by saying that I like DD and the product and I have been to many of them with satisfactory results, but this one takes the cake. Not only was the lady who took my order via drive-thru rude (no hello how may I help you) but when I pulled up to pay and get my items, the guy was not paying attention and all I heard was a lady's voice say "WTF is wrong with you?" When she came into view she was yelling "No! I need you tot take out the trash" and they bickered back and forth almost playfully, but the lady's face was serious. I got my maple bacon sandwich and it looked like a burnt nightmare upon opening and my coffee was not done correctly. Frankly, I believe customer service is going out the door permanently in America. I know that it is difficult to get employees, but it is time for companies to loose the greed and do something about quality control and customer service. Whether that means you pay your staff more, or offer competitive education programming or opportunities to retain, you are going to continue to get reviews like these. You treat people the way you want to be treated. I was kind, smiling and respectful. The staff I had today were unprofessional, rude, careless and clearly did not give a f*ck. They don't like their job, they don't care for the company and couldn't wait to get out of there. I will not be back. I wish this store luck and success.
