Love Dunkin’ Donuts, this location specifically was a little dirty when I went. The croissant I ordered was burnt. And they didn’t mix the drink I got. But overall the service was great!

I walked up to counter being the only in store customer and observed 4 female employees all hyper focused on the drive through. After waiting awhile I left. Not one employee was assigned to the counter. Not one acknowledged me. Horrible in store service!!!

I come here almost 3-4 times a WEEK on my way to school drop off, I'm always respectful, and nice even though they mess up my simple coffee order at least 2 times a week and I never say anything to them. But the attitude they give and they act like you are a bother to them. Today was the last straw for me. I pull up to the speaker there were no cars in front of me and I sat there for a good 2 minutes without anybody acknowledging me. Then I finally make my order, go to the window and again get an attitude and a very cold response even though I was polite once again. I look at everybody and they're like shaking their heads looking at me and acting weird like I'm a horrible customer. These young kids need to do better If you don't like people, get out of customer service.

Came in to get a coffee while my car was being worked on nearby. Wasn’t in a hurry since I was just killing time but it seemed to take a long time. A bit later one of the ladies asked what drink I was waiting on. Apparently they took my money and order and then forgot about me completely which is odd as the store was nearly empty. I tipped when I ordered, if you end up visiting this one, I would suggest holding off on the tipping until after served. The mocha I ordered just tasted like regular coffee. Still better thanmaking it myself.

Fast & friendly! One guy can always tell when it's my gf ordering just based on the drink. I think he's the manager and remembers regulars. You're the best!

On July 3, 2024 at 11:44, with the cashier Melaney on my ticket, I ordered a simple order. Coffee with sugar and an avacodo toast. Instead of giving me a black coffee with sugar, they gave it to me black. I asked for one to correct it, and then she told me that isn't what I said. She then pretended to add sugar and hand it back. Don't waste your time or money.
