It is 8:00pm and I made a mobile order. I asked for an Old fashioned donut and I got a Glazed one. So I proceeded to make my way back towards the drive thru. To my surprise the gentleman was having trouble with the customer in at the drive thru window as well. Management needs to resolve this issue expeditiously!
STOLE MY MONEY! I had an order for 3 medium ice coffees and a dozen donuts. Came out to 30.96 now I gave the man who was as at the window a 10$ bill and 2 20$ bills and yes I know I could have only given him 2 20$ but i wasn’t thinking I had the 10$ and a 20$ at first and for the 96cents I gave another 20 knowing I should have gotten 19.04 back . However the man gave me 9.05 now I didn’t realize until I got back to my mom’s house to give her her change she asked where is the rest and I said what do you mean? She said it’s only 9$ I’m like oh no they have to have messed up. So I called them and of course they said they gave me my change so I looked at my receipt it said 40 I gave them and 9.04 in change now I explained I KNOW I handed the man a 10$ bill. Mind you I had just went to the gas station at mobile on the corner and gave the man a 100$ bill I spent 10$ in gas he gave me back 4 20s and 1 10$ equaling 90$ he counted it in front of me so I KNOW I had a 10$ bill. Anyways I heard the women on the phone asking the man he said she gave me 40$ and I gave her 9.04 he gave me 9.05 for one and for 2 I KNOW I handed him a 10$ bill he claims it was 2 20s . So I asked the lady to please count her drour she said they were over a 1$ so I asked her to check the cameras assuming they have ones right there . Now she called me back to say they checked the cameras , and they gave me the exact change I explained that I knew that because it says it on my receipt but what I was trying to get through her head was I handed the man 50$ not 40$ and asked her to PLEASE ask the higher people to look at what I handed the man. Not what he gave back to me. Mind you I waited almost 3 and a half hours to hear back from her for her to tell me they gave me the exact change but she called me back right away when I asked for her to have whoever check what I handed the man. She said I gave the man 40$ I said I know I gave him 50$ 10$ was the first thing I had and 2 20s$ on top I seen the 10 when I handed the man the money. Of course they said they couldn’t do anything to call the police I called back 10 times to get the name of the women I spoke with not even 12 minutes before I called so many time and I was told she left for the day. Her shift was over I said I just spoke with her and she’s gone? The women said yeah. I asked for the man’s name who was doing the window and she said she couldn’t give me his name. Makes no sence because if I asked her for her name she is supposed to to give it to me. I wanted to know if they seen ME hand him 40$ or if the man put 40 in drour what was seen and got no answer. Couldn’t even speak to the manager Yasmine because she was all of the sudden gone! But whatever, I just know SOMEONE there stole my money. I don’t know if someone pocketed it or if they were all in on it and didn’t want to get in trouble I don’t know but someone there took my money. Won’t be going there anymore and will be letting everyone I know not to go there either.

I redeemed 500 pts. for a coffee. I was charged for it anyway. My frozen caramel cream coffee was nasty. I took it back in and the lady had a nasty attitude to remake it. The second one was nasty too. We go there every day. Not any more of course. I ended up throwing it away. Another thing is this .75 charge for whipped cream. Where does it say there's a charge? Now I'm out $6. That employee the thin young lady with glasses. You shouldn't be working with the public.

I normally come here before school drop offs or before work so this is daily…and no issues but theres a couple times a certain manager must work and i get treated with no respect. Her tone is ridiculous. Today was the last straw for me. I was told i HAD to get a coffee and cant substitute it with water cause im pregnant smh If i want water its extra but i must still get the coffee. Would i like decaf? Like WHAT?! Never had that issue so why now? I will never come back!

Love Dunkin’ Donuts, this location specifically was a little dirty when I went. The croissant I ordered was burnt. And they didn’t mix the drink I got. But overall the service was great!
