I have been going to this place for over 3 years. Recently I've lost my ability to drink coffee so I switched to something else. I chose a iced drink. Because my teeth are sensitive and a drink tastes okay without the ice I chose the drink without the ice. They upcharged me for taking the ice out. So after quite a while of drinking this they made me an extremely bad one that tasted like watered down cream. I brought it back to them and let them know that it was watered down. They then told me that magically corporate called them up and said they no longer make their drinks that way. So they blatantly lied to my face just so people wouldn't ask for no ice. I have been to other dunkin' donuts and they never had this rule. I will never come back to this dunkin' donuts ever again. You have lost many customers for being lazy. How dare you guys lie to your customers.

The guy that put my donuts in box was friendly but Half of my donuts had to be a day old they were hard I cut off all edges to try to at least eat the middle before just throwing almost half of the dozen out. I have a video of me smashing donut repeatedly and its structure never changed kept its shape!!! it was that hard but this won't allow a video. Picture doesn't look bad wish I could up load video. If it wasn't a lost of 20$ it would be comical.

This was a Duncan right in the middle of a truck stop. I requested a coffee with cream and sugar on the side they put the cream of sugar in my coffee it was too sweet. I ordered a bagel sandwich with the everything bagel and the everything bagel is absolutely disgusting I took one bite and threw the $7 sandwich in the trash ?I asked for a cinnamon roll she gave me a churro I asked for an apple fritter she gave me a donut filled with apple filling everything was wrong about the service and the food I almost threw up after I ate the stuff donut yuck ?The unfortunate thing is that she didn't listen to a word that I said she changed the items that I wanted to the things she wanted me to have and I won't ever go there again.
Dunkin, in general, is 5 star. The service wasn't top-notch but was ok I thought waiting for an xlarge coffee, which took about 15 min and being the only person in line was a bit too long unless that's the way it is at 9:00 pm I'll have to keep it in mind next time. But sooner or later, I'll be back.

Well I was greeted nicely as a customer coffee was good nice bright lidded Dunkin donuts like usual and I hate to use the corporation but Dunkin donuts are pretty good ship better than a lot of these left wing radical little coffee shops popping up around Edgewater and Chicago
Parking: Easy parking for the most part it's a huge gas station that incorporates a Dunkin

I don’t think I’ve ever had more rude service from anywhere I have been. I’ve worked retail and food service and never have myself or any other coworker ever treated anywhere nearly as poorly as the employees here. There is no excuse for this other than poor management which appears to be the case as I’ve contacted the owner and my concern still went unnoticed. It’s so bad that employees of this place are making positive reviews to counter the negative ones. I can guarantee this because one of the reviews is someone I went to high school with who works here.
