I went to this Dunkin for a med coffee with 7 creams and 6 sugars. I got a pump of vanilla and 2 shots of expresso. Like, really. I repeated my order twice. How did u get it so wrong. Had to come back and get the correct order. Gas is not cheap.

I liked this dunkin a bit more than the rest. The workers were polite and well prepared. I have to give probs to the young lady who made our banana split because it looked and tasted perfect. I did order extra food after to help some people in need and none of the workers judged them or us for helping these people. A father and daughter in need of food and hydration walked in after my hubbie invited them and we talked for a little bit before we went on our way. None of the staff made a comment or complaint. They just accepted us and the people in need.
Vegetarian options: There are many vegetarian options and even if a sandwich or item has meat you can choose to remove or substitute it. My go to is the avocado toast and veggie egg white bites.

I ordered a butter pecan coffee this morning, and received a pumpkin spice . Although it's extremely annoying that's not the worst part . The girl making the ice coffee was eatting ice out of a cup and spitting the Ice back onto the cup ! Disgusting ? ?

On the weekends the owner and an older lady work. They charge more on the weekends and make that place horrible. Arguing with customers constantly, me 3 times, last time being today. I spend approximately $150 a week at Dunkin. Can I please have what I ordered without being called a liar!!!!! Please stay home your business runs better without you!!

Today is the 2nd time my daughter has walked to Dunkin to go grab either some ice cream or something to eat and all the ignorant employees working there didn’t bother to lift a damn finger to even take her order. No manager on duty. Absolutely disgusting with how these employees at this location truly treat customers. And I’m one who goes to this location frequently. Can’t wait to speak to a manager!! Never TF again

People behind the counter were very rude to Begin with.Secondly they didn't have any of the proper tools to make alot of there drinksAsked for a basic ice coffee and they handed me 4 shots of espresso in a small cup.
I get coffee every day. Today the coffee tasted like they mixed bunch of different coffees together creating muddy tasting coffee. This is saying something since I drank military coffee! It might even be decaf which is not what I ordered and would be false advertising. The added cream didnt help. It's disgusting but not worth the trouble to drive back for a replacement. Guess I'll go somewhere else.

Very short staffed, I usually put in my mobile order before leaving my house to grab coffee on my way to work (at 3pm on Saturdays) and I usually end up waiting in line for 20 minutes… all of two workers always seem to be “medicated” and the quality of the coffee and food varies on the day. Additionally this locations prices are much higher than other locations… not sure what that’s all about…

Horrible service I order my coffee and when the girl in the drive thru gave it to the Lid was not put right it came off and the hot coffee splash all over my hand burning me bad! And I looked at the girl and said did you not see the lid was not put right and she LAUGH , she didn’t even try to apologize , I don’t think this funny ! My hand a Ref from the coffee burn!!! This behavior is not acceptable

I miss the OG morning crew. They knew my drink and made it fresh and right every morning. I don’t know what’s happened but is haven’t gotten the correct drink all week now. Brutal when you get used to a good routine.
