Very very nice lady working right now by herself!! She held a great attitude despite being busy and being the only worker there is crazy. Give your employees more help! I work In the food industry myself so I know how it is, but the women working right now deserves a raise!

This Dunkin is dirty and unprofessional. I found plastic in my avocado toast (almost consumed it!). The manager was apologetic and gave me a refund. However, a two weeks later, I decided to get an iced coffee (because how can you mess up iced coffee?) I FOUND A PIECE OF BACON IN THE COFFEE. How on earth does that happen? I had plenty of food service jobs so I understand the struggle, but seriously if this happened to a single customer twice, I canāt imagine how this place is being managed. Actually disgusting!!

I ordered a large green ice tea. When I went to drink it I could immediately smell that it was stale. This makes me so mad because I paid $4.00 and now I have to throw it out. I assume this happens when lazy employees just make a new batch and pour it right in with old batch. This is disgusting and unhealthy. In fact it unsafe.

I knew I normally steered clear of this Dunkin and sure enough this was just a reminder as to why. Coffee made incorrectly and tasted terrible. Ordered and charged for an extra pump of flavor when it barely tasted like any flavor. Loaded hashbrowns were a joke and was lucky that barely half of the cup was filled. Very disappointing, will not be back and will drive a bit further to my favorite Dunkin where I know they are always on point and also donāt charge for an extra pump of flavor. Also, need to stop charging for Almond milkā¦ I am lactose intolerant and can not help that and am offended that I have to pay extra because of a conditionā¦ p.s. the other Dunkin doesnāt charge for almond milk either.

This morning I placed an Uber Eats order for this location of Dunkin and I assume they were out of one of the almond croissants I ordered because they replaced it with a disgusting chocolate cake donutā¦ why in the world would you look at my order(2 almond croissants, 2 cookie butter donuts, and an iced toasted white chocolate latte) and think āhmmm I bet this person who order NO chocolate and NO cake donuts would like this nasty thing we probably are just trying to get rid of because NO ONE WANTS THEMāā¦. Then when I tried to call the store to ask if I could come in for a refund for my (obviously more expensive than a cake donut) almond croissant they donāt even answer their phone. This Dunkin location clearly does not care about its customers.

Food was fine. Atmosphere was basic. Place kind of small. No customers other than drive-thru. We had to wait for service a little. Understandable being that there were only 2 ppl working. They were hustling with drive-thru. Once they got to us, they were very polite and apologetic.
