I ordered a large green ice tea. When I went to drink it I could immediately smell that it was stale. This makes me so mad because I paid $4.00 and now I have to throw it out. I assume this happens when lazy employees just make a new batch and pour it right in with old batch. This is disgusting and unhealthy. In fact it unsafe.

Great coffee , preferred more than starbucks coffee, and dunkin donuts is the best coffee to start your day!

I knew I normally steered clear of this Dunkin and sure enough this was just a reminder as to why. Coffee made incorrectly and tasted terrible. Ordered and charged for an extra pump of flavor when it barely tasted like any flavor. Loaded hashbrowns were a joke and was lucky that barely half of the cup was filled. Very disappointing, will not be back and will drive a bit further to my favorite Dunkin where I know they are always on point and also don’t charge for an extra pump of flavor. Also, need to stop charging for Almond milk… I am lactose intolerant and can not help that and am offended that I have to pay extra because of a condition… p.s. the other Dunkin doesn’t charge for almond milk either.

This morning I placed an Uber Eats order for this location of Dunkin and I assume they were out of one of the almond croissants I ordered because they replaced it with a disgusting chocolate cake donut… why in the world would you look at my order(2 almond croissants, 2 cookie butter donuts, and an iced toasted white chocolate latte) and think “hmmm I bet this person who order NO chocolate and NO cake donuts would like this nasty thing we probably are just trying to get rid of because NO ONE WANTS THEM”…. Then when I tried to call the store to ask if I could come in for a refund for my (obviously more expensive than a cake donut) almond croissant they don’t even answer their phone. This Dunkin location clearly does not care about its customers.

Food was fine. Atmosphere was basic. Place kind of small. No customers other than drive-thru. We had to wait for service a little. Understandable being that there were only 2 ppl working. They were hustling with drive-thru. Once they got to us, they were very polite and apologetic.

I'm torn on this location because you never know what you're gonna get....sometimes when you come here you get the best service , everything taste fresh....other times you get coffee that is burnt or you know has been out way too long or food that is ice cold in the center.
Went to dunkin today and ordered online ahead of time. I've had small problems here before, but I just brushed them off because I get what it's like working in fast food places. However, today crossed the line. I ordered 3 bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches, 2 donuts, and hashbrowns. They forgot the donuts and the hashbrowns were half full, which I brushed off, but the bag with my sandwiches in them was completely covered in what I'm guessing was avocado. The outside had it, and the wraps in my sandwiches were covered. I'd understand if I ordered avocado toast and it smeared, but that wasn't close to what I got. I just don't get how a worker can see that and then hand it out thinking it's ok

Talk about starting your day off terribly by being served nonsense at this this local Dunkin’. My colleagues and I repeatedly came here throughout the week prior to work & each day there was a different issue. Between giving me the wrong donut, putting coffee in my matcha drink, or missing the specifics of toasting a bagel, this Dunkin’ is exceptionally bad.
