I'm torn on this location because you never know what you're gonna get....sometimes when you come here you get the best service , everything taste fresh....other times you get coffee that is burnt or you know has been out way too long or food that is ice cold in the center.

Went to dunkin today and ordered online ahead of time. I've had small problems here before, but I just brushed them off because I get what it's like working in fast food places. However, today crossed the line. I ordered 3 bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches, 2 donuts, and hashbrowns. They forgot the donuts and the hashbrowns were half full, which I brushed off, but the bag with my sandwiches in them was completely covered in what I'm guessing was avocado. The outside had it, and the wraps in my sandwiches were covered. I'd understand if I ordered avocado toast and it smeared, but that wasn't close to what I got. I just don't get how a worker can see that and then hand it out thinking it's ok

Talk about starting your day off terribly by being served nonsense at this this local Dunkin’. My colleagues and I repeatedly came here throughout the week prior to work & each day there was a different issue. Between giving me the wrong donut, putting coffee in my matcha drink, or missing the specifics of toasting a bagel, this Dunkin’ is exceptionally bad.

So disappointed..Ordered a breakfast sandwich, requested bacon crispy, even went as far as to tell them how to achieve this because this location has had difficulty with this request in the past…so “ microwave the bacon twice”. They verbalize that they understand the request and yet when I received my order It looks as tho they didn’t even try!!! Like can we please hold these ppl accountable already, management what r u doing letting your staff get away with this laziness!! It’s was a simple request, the store was not busy, and it’s not like Dunkin is super cheap…. Your Customers work hard for their money and choose to spend it on your products that they very well could get cheaper from your competitors, the least you can do is respect that relationship enough to command the appropriate level of effort from your staff!! Ask for crispy bacon, was told I could get crispy bacon, received barely cooked bacon, Do Better!!

Small Dunkin location with friendly staff, quick service, & everything you expect from Dunkin. It's nice to have a place that keeps the standard nationwide when you want exactly what you've come to love about the place. Restaurant was clean & inviting, easy in & out as well.

So the food at this location is always on point and perfect, and the drive thru staff are always friendly. However. The few times I ordered oatmilk lattes, I don't believe I got non-dairy. I can tell because I am lactose intolerant. Now I order black iced coffee or cold brew sometimes w a little flavor shot. Whenever I get a flavor shot, I still end up getting a weirdly large amount of cream for a 'black coffee' drink. Again, lactose intolerant. It's not fun starting your day with a coffee thinking it'll be a good day, To find yourself stuck in the work bathroom for 20 minutes because you got dairy in a drink you ordered to be nondairy.
Only Dunkin in the area that gets my mom's coffee right. Everyone is always nice, and quick to get the coffee out.
