Akil, Archana, And all the other folks that run the place near the end of the day are so wonderful and lovely people! They know my order by heart, just the way I like it, and are always so kind and go above and beyond to make my coffee stop a wonderful interaction.
Please, someone give them a raise or something, they are a shinning example of what a good crew is like. I always have a great time getting my coffee here - I will always go out of my way to go to this specific location. The folks here are good people and do an amazing job.

Quick service. Surprisingly good food. The Bacon Jam Grilled Chee a e was hot, delicious, and not overly sweet (bread was still toasty and not soggy).

Never expected to get food poisoning from coffee but that's what happened after going here on Saturday, 11/15/25. Before heading back to Bloomington with my family, I stopped by this Dunkin Donuts to get a cup of coffee. Decided to go with a hot cocoa mocha latte. The latte wasn't as hot as I expected but didn't give it as much attention. This should have been the first indication that something was wrong.
The next three days, Sunday - Tuesday, I was extremely sick and nauseous after drinking a bad cup of coffee 🤢 🤮
Will not be returning to this establishment again.

I come here every week and they give the best service!. Johnny is always there to take my Order and make sure I get the best coffee around. Very Clean too. Definitely a Dunkin you need to try!

Came by for the $6 meal deal today but my clumsiness overruled and my coffee spilled on my car floor. Came back around for a cold brew instead not expecting anything in return but the man that took my order offered me a new one as I explained what just happened, super friendly super concerned. Great customer service. Turned my day back around ! 😊
