Never expected to get food poisoning from coffee but that's what happened after going here on Saturday, 11/15/25. Before heading back to Bloomington with my family, I stopped by this Dunkin Donuts to get a cup of coffee. Decided to go with a hot cocoa mocha latte. The latte wasn't as hot as I expected but didn't give it as much attention. This should have been the first indication that something was wrong.
The next three days, Sunday - Tuesday, I was extremely sick and nauseous after drinking a bad cup of coffee 🤢 🤮
Will not be returning to this establishment again.

I come here every week and they give the best service!. Johnny is always there to take my Order and make sure I get the best coffee around. Very Clean too. Definitely a Dunkin you need to try!

Maybe I caught them in a bad morning? But it took incredibly way too long in the morning drive thru. So just never going back because the whole point is that service is supposed to be quick in a drive thru.

Came by for the $6 meal deal today but my clumsiness overruled and my coffee spilled on my car floor. Came back around for a cold brew instead not expecting anything in return but the man that took my order offered me a new one as I explained what just happened, super friendly super concerned. Great customer service. Turned my day back around ! 😊

Drive thru was backed up, so I went in and was in and out in about 5 minutes. Very nice people working there.
This Dunkin Donuts has done a complete 180, the management is sooo much nicer, they actually talk to the customers. I go there now every morning to get my xl coffee.

On Sunday it was 10/10 the drink donut and I couldn't wait to come back. Unfortunately when I came on Thursday this was not the case and the drink was made twice and tasted horrible but the customer service was great! The cashier apologized and remade the drink with no hesitation but it was not like the Sunday guys and that's okay. I was willing to take it and go fix it at home because she kept a smile and remained pleasant. In the times we are living in this can be rare. This location is a new favorite I'm going to come Sunday again and give it another go ?
Parking: This parking lot is also in the same plaza as Home Depot. Just be careful it can get crowded or people don't pay attention and can cause an accident.
