Closet place to Naperville to get Borrego barbacoa and consomé. They also have other Hidalgo Regional dishes like salsa de chiniquil or Tlacoyos. The food was really good. The place has a few chairs seats that might need update but I go there for the food and price so I don’t care. I love getting my borrego ?

Walking in no one acknowledged us; we had to ask if we had to sit ourselves. No one greeted us. When our waitress asked for our order, she kept saying there were out of many items on their menu and never apologized for the inconvenience. Waitress came around 3 times in total, and every time we asked for something, she gave us an attitude as if we were bothering her. When we checked out, we asked for an itemized receipt since they couldn't split the bill, and the waitress...

The food was ok. Barbacoa was good. The decor needs a big update. The seats are damaged and it was smoky inside. Michelada was bland and we ask for additional mix to fix and were charged for it. Service was good despite other reviews. Will come back? Maybe but for now just to go.
