Since mid August 2024 the food has changed. The beef burritos are a salty soggy mess to eat. The chips are on the great side and the next time the chips are a stale greasy bag waste of money. The chicken burrito was great tasting and again very heavy on the pan gravy in the burrito causing the tortilla to fall apart. Guacamole and salsa are still great, so far. El Burrito Loco on Jefferson please get the previous folks back in your business.

For the price you’re charging for these tacos you’d expect the asada to be high quality meat but it’s not. The meat looks and taste like they boiled it. They can’t even distribute the onion and cilantro correctly. Service is also bad so I feel ripped off. If you’re having a bad day you shouldn’t take it out on the customer. Fix the attitude. You deserve no stars.

Tacos de “carne asada “ are far from that . Taste completely like ground beef . I went here after 3 nearby taco spots were closed for some reason (on a Tuesday ). I feel bad for you Joliet residents who have to accept these un authentic Mexican tacos.

Well I went there to get my father a burrito and this is the third time I bought a burrito so I done bought a total of the last three burritos how do you have a burrito with no beans The first time I let it go the second time I let it go the third time I decided to give them a call and explain to them this didn't happen too many times You give me a burrito I specifically told the young lady that make sure it had beans and add rice how do you have a burrito with no beans so here's a picture of the burrito also I called them and complained about it they did not care The gentleman on the phone was rude secondly he told me that he was I had to bring the burrito back in order for me to get another burrito at this point my father is a elderly he had to eat and it was late already getting him dinner and then when you get dinner then somebody tell you to bring it back instead of you just giving me a credit for another time any other restaurant would give you a credit I have proof and I have a picture and I had my receipt and it still wasn't good enough so at this point I will never do business with them again I'm done.

I order food and pay on line, it say it's open my order when true, but when my hubby gets there to pick up the order it's close, probably do to power down, which it's understandable, but it's 730 pm, the owners should be turn off the @ orders by know. Omg I can't call for refunds or anything till tomorrow I guess, so I hope won't be problems with my refund.

The tamal is freaking huge and so delicious, gordita is definitely my favorite too.. with the cheese and beans, ugh so amazing ❤️

Horrible location. The ground beef was DISGUSTING. I took one bite of my burrito and threw it out. I didn't even bother calling for a refund, it was so chewy, chunks of fat and whatever else was mixed in it.
