This is the 4th dang on time, I've order BACON cheeseburger and have not got the bacon. This is the only location that does that. You can't call the phone number so you always end up out of money. I'm so upset.

First time ever coming to Five Guys. I’ve always heard great things, so I was excited to try it, but my experience wasn’t what I expected. I ordered two burgers with a small Cajun fry and both came out basically raw, completely pink inside. I took them back and told the staff I didn’t want them remade, just a refund. Since I ordered online, they said the refund had to be done online, so now I’m waiting on a response on that. The staff themselves were kind and the restaurant was clean, but overall the visit was completely disappointing.

I just left 5 Guys. Second time going and so far I’m enjoying the food as my treat of the month. But the customer service I received from a young lady Sara was the cherry on top. Very nice and accommodating to me being new to 5 Guys. I will recommend and I will be back. Thank you Sara for the wonderful experience.

Considering all of the other burger places around, I'm just not sure what justifies Five Guys' high prices. I've spent less at more gourmet burger restaurants than I have here at what I can only compare to a slightly better Wendy's.
I don't hate their food or think it's nasty, but there's absolutely nothing to it that makes me want to go out my way to eat from there, with or without the high prices.
