Gloria Jean's Coffees Louis Joliet Mall

Overpriced. Asking for any substitutions is +$1.25, no matter what it is. I also asked for sugar-free caramel to be added to the coffee for the flavor. The drink was sickly sweet, so regular sugar was added to the coffee as well. Because I work in the mall, I couldn’t close the store and return to have the drink remade. Overall, just not worth it, might as well go to Dunkin down the street.

Their soups are hearty and soul-warming.

The atmosphere is lively yet still comfortable for conversations.

Better than most corporate brands! They create delicious cups of sugary heaven here. Seasonal flavors and deals available. Rhey sell dry& refrigerated baked goods as well. No wait and not crowded. Fair prices. Highly recommend if in area.

Big menu, quick service, and you can actually taste the coffee! They also sell whole bean and ground coffee to brew at home. Always stop here when I'm in the mall. Love GloJos.

Only downside is they're a kiosk in the walkway mall, near the confluence of 3 wings of the mall, so it's sometimes pretty busy/crowded.

Today(29/08/2023) I went to order black coffee and the guy who was working there he told me that they are out of coffee and after that I asked how your making coffee without coffee powder he was rude. I asked him do they have any coffee flavors he said no (wanted) he said they have only chillers. Like seriously and then I took strawberry chiller. After I left he was giving black coffee to other customers. So rude. Is he specification in customers. Before that a week ago he prepared an ice coffee but he didn’t ask how much cream to put in he made the coffee so sweet.

Love all the coffee flavors.

If I could give this location a 0 I would. Literally the worst location I've ever been to. I was so excited to see if finally open inside joliet cause I have been previous times and they weren't open. Ordered a drink they had on one of the display posters they had up advertised to try something new. They looked at me like I was insane, they tapped some things on the register and gave me a price so I assumed they figured whatever out. When I got my coffee I mentioned it didn't look right and they were again confused, I had to physically show them their own picture displayed on the counter and they told me I'd have to buy the beans and can make it at home myself if I want. I was dumbfounded, to that I said maybe take that advertisement down and took my coffee and left. About 10 minutes into attempting to drink whatever they gave me I threw it away cause the "whipped cream" curdled inside my drink. So upset ☹️, I'm not sure how this location is even running.

Drove 25-30mins today just for a coffee from this place. Opening time says 12. So you would think everything would be ready by the time customers start to arrive but no. A white young male finally arrives after 12. We go up a few mins later, just for him to say “we are still opening come back later in 10mins. There’s people waiting, & leaving because we can’t be served. 12:22 he still left to put away the milk crates that had been delivered since way before he arrived. 12:30 we finally decided to leave, not in the mood for coffee at this point, Over 30mins of waiting had to leave without a coffee. Waste of time, gas & everything. If opened time isn’t 12 maybe store hours should be updated.

Nobody was there at 12:30 and there was a delivery of gallons of milk and other refrigerated products sitting out for over an hour without anybody there to get it in the fridge.
