the workers are usually really nice i went there this morning and the worker was very polite but everything seemed to be broken so i suggest the management or company should fix their machines.

Terrible! Spent $13 dollars on a drink for my daughter and I. Get almost home to see that they blended the expresso beans right into the drink. I have been calling for over a week. Their phone is always busy! I used to love Gloria jeans. But they have the worst customer service.
