So the last couple of times we have went there the service and managers were rude as heck. Last time we went we brought our corporate employees to show them a good time. We had a reservation. We were there for about an hour or so and then a manager comes over to us and tells us we need to move because else needs these tables. The place was practically empty. We are still ordering food and ordering drinks so we weren’t just sitting and talking. Well we won’t be going here anymore that’s for sure

We showed up with a large family group on a Monday evening, and there was a table ready almost immediately with a server coming to take our drink orders almost before everyone sat down. All three generations enjoyed their food as well as the trivia game and sports being playing on screens overhead. We'll be back!Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free, bread-free options for burgers were nice to see.Kid-friendliness: Kids enjoyed coloring pages and crayons as well as the on-screen trivia game.Wheelchair accessibility: Women's wheel chair accessible stall in the bathroom included changing table, individual sink, soap and hand dryer at accessible heights.

I ordered the nachos and it came with green pepper even though there is no option for green bell pepper on their app. A staff member told my husband it is because that’s how the nachos come, yet every other ingredient is on the app to be customized (added or removed). What if I didn’t want or like green bell pepper? There is no way to deselect it on the app. It came cold even though I live right behind the place and the ground beef was seasonless. My husband ordered the chicken and waffles and the waffles taste like sugary funnel cake too sweet and the chicken while fried good had absolutely no season or taste. We will not be going back for the price the food is subpar. Also saw aPhoto on here of their dirty kitchen and it turned my stomach so bad I couldn’t finish the food. Will never order or eat here again

Nadia (young lady I think was our waitress) was very sweet! :]Good portions of food and yummy!
Wish we'd have found this location earlier. One of the best sports bars ever. There also was a $7 burger special that was amazing, as burgers go. The bartender/ server was great and we had many laughs. There also was a 1/2 of special on drinks. I had a couple of draft beers and ate and it was well under $20 and excellent. Only lost a few dollars on their slot machines.

I keep trying to like this place. Service is always poor. Waitresses seem to disappear forever. They would be champions at hide and go seek. When they screw up an order, they offer to take 10% off the bill rather than get the food right???? Food is hit or miss. Mostly a miss. I do not recommend. Too many bad visits. Sorry.

Food is good, and prices are fair.Beware of waitresses changing their minds about how they sell the specials to you.I've only been here 3 times. Each time on a Wednesday. I've ordered wings and they have a special of .70 cents a wing for bone-in or boneless 8ct or 16ct. The 1st and 2nd time I visited nobody told me the "rule" that you can't get the deal if you don't finish your wings. I ordered 16 wings to share with my husband both times. We brought home 12 wings and the waitress didn't tell us about any rule.I showed up on a Wednesday for the 3rd and final time. I ordered 16 boneless wings, a salad, and the Buffalo Chicken rolls. The waitress had a bit of an attitude while I was ordering. She told me the 8ct was perfect for me, and I said no I wanted 16ct, she tried again to sell me on 8ct because they're "big wings." I explained that I knew the size. I ate my salad, and then the wings showed up. I ate some chicken and half a roll. Eventually, asked for 2 boxes and the check. The waitress brought me one box and 3 lids. When she came back, I asked for another box and 3 lids for the sauces. She left, came back without a box, and said "I can't give you the price for the wings, you can't leave here with them, you have to eat them all here. You can't take them to go. So you'll have to pay full price." I asked where it said that I couldn't take them home and she kept telling me that she told me that in the beginning. She never said something like this. I didn't want to argue, so I asked for the manager. He came over and he had no idea what the waitress was talking about. He said it was a communication error. I made sure I got my wings for the price from the website and the door. I'm giving fewer stars because a waitress arguing that I can't take my food home. She wouldn't give me another box either. Eventually, she came back and acted all nicey-nice. No tips for rude waitresses.
