It’s interesting that their kitchen closes 2.5 hours prior to their stated closing time. At first the hostess was going to seat us but after realizing there were more people coming she told us the kitchen was closing in 5 minutes. Unfortunate.

Heroes is a great sports bar with food that’s better than most sports bars. I have eaten here several times over the last 3 years but it was tonight that I was impressed and decided to give a review. Don’t get me wrong the food has always been on point but if you know me a little bit from my other reviews, I don’t do them unless it’s something great. Well tonight I had the normal honor of sitting at the bar because I’m a traveler for work but tonight was different! I met a wonderful bartender named Taylor. She’s is amazing with a wonderful attitude and gifted ability to produce a common midwestern drink but different! As if you could make an Old Fashioned different and better.. well challenge accepted Taylor said, and did she deliver well heck yeah! Stop by and see Taylor (otherwise known as the girl with blue hair) psss there’s a story there too but she doesn’t have blue hair anymore..

disappointing at best... First, we got to wait and listen to the 2 hostesses finish their private conversation before one turned and just stared at us - I was expecting a greeting of some sort but no... Our waitress was very friendly. I don't know if the lukewarm food was her being slow or the kitchen incompetence... Our food was not good. Boneless buffalo wings - $20/12. Two of them were probably cooked twice, if not more. The meat inside was jerky. The strips of celery and carrot were warm and flexible, not crispy. I had the pulled pork. Now the waitress asked if I wanted the sandwich or the dinner - I was thinking just the sandwich or the sandwich with side would be the dinner. Nope, the dinner was two scoops of pulled pork plopped on a plate. Weird. I should have asked what the specific difference was. My bad. My waffle fries and my husband's hand cut fries were both lukewarm. My coleslaw was not cold. It just seems that our plates sat under the heat lamp for an excessive amount of time, by the condition of the items.

Such friendly staff! Great food. Large portions. I had the pulled pork platter with coleslaw and house salad ( the salad was a meal by its self). Left overs! Made 2 meals out of it. Can’t say enough good things about this place. It is my first time eating here and will definitely be back!!!
