One of my favorite and the best casino in Joliet. They don't offer a lot of free play incentives but they are very nice and sometimes the staff can be helpful. Overall a very easy going vibe and a great place to gamble. Ameristar has better incentive to go however

SAVE YOUR MONEY! My husband and I were passing through the area and decided to stay for the night. Looking for a soft bed and warm meal. This place offers none of those. Arrived to the hotel around 7:45pm. Waited in the lobby for someone to come to the front desk for nearly 10 min. Gentlemen was friendly and checked us in quickly. Upon arrival I noticed how far the casino was from the actual hotel. It’s quite the walk! Paid for a premium room with jetted tub. (Should have saved our money) Got into our room and I immediately noticed the stench of smoke. We were in a non smoking room, or so it said. The whole room wreaked! The bathroom was filled with smoke. I assume from next door. The tv was glitchy and didn’t work properly. The carpet had burn holes all over! The chair in the room was all stained. Also, the netted tub didn’t work properly and sounded like the plumbing was busting through the wall when turned on. You could also hear when the neighbors were running their water. The room was just gross and for $160! Called down to the front desk twice but no answer. Went to the casino in hopes to find some food. None! Nothing was open. Casino is big but run down and depressing. The staff are rude and do not pay attention to guests. Spent $500 playing too. This place was a joke. Huge disappointment! Drove to White Castle for food. Checked out at 10:15 and couldn’t find anyone at the front desk. What a disappointment!!!!!!!!

Very safe friendly casino, took my senior parents for the day of gaming and lunch, they had a great time, Pamela a slot supervisor even put credits for lunch on my player card, what a exceptional employee and customer care service because I had a clinch in one of my gaming machines, a very clean place, this is a nonsmoking place, Bartenders, all were very professional, My senior family felt really safe there, seen security keeping a eye on things and present about the place. Went to the sports book dining room for lunch we all had some thing different, the food was really good, large portions, servers were spot on making sure our table was well taken care of, went back in to the casino after lunch, we all did good on the gaming machines, people around us did too I noticed, We all had a great time,,, ?
