When I called to place an order, the younger lady picked up the phone and didn’t say a word. Wow, I said hello, hello she said I’m here.I should have said then, that’s ok, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt again. Third time going there and the service sucks, each time.She took my nacho order and said they didn’t have any fish, ok. She told me my order would be ready in 20 minutes.When I got there, no one came from the back to acknowledge me for 10 minutes. The younger lady came to the from and ask if I wanted to place an order.I told her I placed my order already and that it was nachos. I then requested peppers on the nachos right, she told me, we don’t have peppers, WHAT?No peppers on nachos is like McDonald not having fries!!!I’m like dang, I had a taste for the nachos so bad, I went ahead and paid for them. I went down the street and bought peppers.I waited another 20 minutes, so that was a total of 40 minutes for nachos. Me and another lady was waiting and shaking our heads.That young lady needs to stay at home, because truly her energy is very negative and I don’t want to her touching my food with that kind of energy.Well I gave them three tries, and I’m done with them. I got the same service with her 3 times.That’s enough, never going back and I advise you guys don’t go there either.Take your business somewhere else where you are appreciated!Peace
My first experience I order the jerk ribs fye I was addicted for the whole summer 2023 I stop going for a while to in big my back and today I order the jerk salad so fye I really didn't need the sauce or ranch because the meat was so seasoned I order a pound cake to it was good I feel the foods as gotten way better and the costumer service to

Food taste was okay. Food quantity very little for $25. Had 4 small, thin pieces of oxtail. I did not get dressing with my “side” salad & no utensils. My “side” salad was in the same container as my oxtails & rice. WHO DOES THAT?? My bag was tied & the person at the counter disappeared as fast as she gave me my bag. Will not return.

I am a truck driver from out of NYC, so when I saw that their was a caribbean food restaurant in the area that stopped. I had to check it out. I ordered the jerk chicken dinner and was satisfied with the taste. The cabbage and rice and peas was tasty as well. I will defend revisit next time I am in town.
If u want good Jerk you usually have to drive to Chicago! But... I was lucky enough to hear about this place opening and I'm in love ? The Jerk chicken is delicious and I love that u can buy extra sauce ? I got the mac and cheese and rice and beans as sides, and I can truly say I haven't had better!! Only way to prove me wrong is to try it for yourself!!
This place needs to be shut down ASAP they come to our city to make money off our people and try to get rich with poor food services is horrible young lady at register was so rude. I order oxtails only so she put my bag in a knock so I couldn’t even really check get home open box nothing but bones it’s ridiculous call them she gets to yelling at me like I made the food cussing me out and hung up in my face if u in the Joliet area just take that ride to Chicago where they serve real food and get your bang for your buck.

I had a very bad experience the young lady at the register was rude more worried about sweeping then helping me,but i ordered anyway i had jerk rib tip dinner and was very disappointed had about 4 tips in the plate which were horrible no sauce good thing i bought extra and the mac and cheese i cant even describe the taste was so bad like jerk food i have never tasted before i will not be back that was a wasted 17 dollars
