I eat at this location twice a week, ask for extra peppers on my sandwich and I am lucky if I get enough for every other bite. Messy sandwich making and lack of people caring about their work. I'll start going to a different location.

Do NOT order extras. I requested bacon on two sandwiches, received two pieces on one, nothing on the other. I ordered a drink as well, didn’t receive a straw. Overall, the order took 45 minutes. Although the delivery person was very nice, I wouldn’t recommend this location, especially for lunch breaks.

Ordered lunch and was charged for toppings that I didn’t ask for and a bag of chips I didn’t order. Noticed it on the receipt because the price seemed more than it should have been. Went back in and was refunded, but if I didn’t notice I would’ve been out almost $5. Not sure if it was a mistake or something they do to make more money in sales. Always check your receipts!

They used Uber to deliver and it took an hour to get one sandwich. Sandwich will be soggy by the time it arrives. Hire a delivery driver so it doesn’t take forever.

Ordered 4 sandwiches that took 1 1/2 hrs to be made and delivered to us when it would take us 15 to 20 mins to drive there to get. We could have driven there, ordered and got our food in less than 30 mins. We called to ask where our food is and we were told they had to have a 3rd party come to deliver… We asked and said you couldn't notify your customers who try to have delivery that this was an issue and we would have to wait so long for sandwiches? They didn’t have a good answer. Once it was delivered the deliver person AND our bag of food reeked of pot! Is that why it took forever because they were to busy getting high?.. Got lost I don't know. 1 1/2 hrs maybe little more for 4 sandwiches?! We would have gone to pick it up but they didn’t know if our sandwich were still there and / or how far out they were from being delivered.

Ordered 4 sandwiches for delivery and 2 of our sandwiches were not made correctly. I called the store and they were able to redeliver our sandwiches that they remade for us. The manager whom I spoke to was very nice and the delivery guy was very polite as well. Thank you for your prompt curious customer service!
